Well..had a fun day so far and now we’re taking it easy before we go out to dinner…the tour of Monticello was pretty cool and I learned a lot about Jefferson…and it was so cool to walk the floors he walked and see what he saw from his mountaintop home…just to be there and take it all in was nice…it was so quiet on the mountain and you could see all the way to the University of Virginia that he founded…I’m still pretty worn out from traveling but we’ll be back at it tomorrow when we leave for Italy at around 3:30 in the afternoon…and then 8 hours on the plane but it will be better than getting crammed into the flights here…the plane we’re taking is big enough to get up and walk around in and just the two of us are in an aisle…will probably sleep some and read a lot on the flight…and I guess we get dinner and breakfast the next morning on the plane then we get into Venice and will start touring…and we take a boat to our hotel…lots of cool old hotels for this one and there will be a need for lots of espresso…think I’ll take a nap…
