Well…darn, I almost forgot to come here for this one it has been such an off day for me…first, my legs were howling in pain on the 2nd ride today and I can’t figure that out…I mean they’ve been flat for a week now but not a lot of pain but now my left thigh is sore to the touch and that never happens…I must have done something to hurt it but I sure as heck don’t know what…oh, well…and then all of my teams lost and the races sucked so I didn’t have anything to keep me from getting bored….I did use the tomato/ricotta pasta sauce and it’s not bad so I think I’ll get more while they are still on sale for 1.39…and I’ll have to do that Tuesday since I have a dentist appointment Wed morning at 9am…so maybe I’ll turn that into a semi rest day and only do one ride to let my legs heal up a bit if they stay like this…I weighed the chicken breasts I got last week at aldis and they are all a pound and a half so I only cooked one today and that will last a couple of days as I add it to fettuccine with the ricotta sauce…think I’ll see what other kind of new pasta sauces they have and just give some a try…it has been a day that has left me wanting a cocktail tonight so I think I’ll have just one…can nurse that for 2 hours and then I’ll get up and feel good in the morning…time to look for some tv to watch…
