Well…damn, it’s going to be a cold one on the bike this morning since it’s only 40 degrees out there and it’s supposed to be raining but I don’t see it…will have to do full thermasuit with rain gear but it is November so I guess it’s supposed to be cold…slept okay last night but must have done it wrong with the right side of my neck hurting like crazy…have tried stretching that muscle but I think I’ll have to treat it with something before I go out in a half hour…at least my right hip doesn’t hurt this morning after making it painful to walk yesterday…I have enough pain everywhere to justify an ibuprofen before the rides so I’ll take one before I toast a bagel…after cooking yesterday, I won’t have to make any food for a few days and I’ll look in the freezer to see what I have…I know I have 2 pork chops and a little more chicken but I’ll have to buy more next week at aldis…don’t really have a lot to do after the rides and that will be welcome…just going to clean up a bit but the house still looks okay…maybe the dining room? We’ll see…need to get moving to be on the bike by 6:30….more later…
