Well…it is another easy day today and all I did after the rides was laundry and reading…still have flat legs and lots of pain in them and that sucks…have no clue why that would be but today I had the lactic acid burn that I never get on the bike…so I still need to think about that but also remember that I’m old and still doing 30 miles every day…but why the pain and flatness should raise it’s ugly head now is still something I need to figure out…it was only 40 when I went out this morning but it was okay since it wasn’t raining for the first time in days…but we never got the soaking rain that would have helped my lawn…more leaves are down so I may be able to pick them up Monday…we’ll see…so, I’m just sitting here reading this afternoon after I put the laundry away and it feels good to have everything working so I don’t have to think about fixing anything…have to figure out when to put the winter tires on the car but that probably won’t be til December if it doesn’t snow before then…not sure what I’m going to watch tonight but there is a race on in a bit that will last til 8pm so I’ll only need one show before I hit the sack…
