Well…with the testimony of Lev Parnas (who worked with rudy to smear the Bidens) that the whole thing was a Russian intelligence operation, we now have new revelations that senator Ron Johnson was Russia’s “man in the senate” and taking orders from Russia as he tried to help elect the idiot trump again and was being fed disinformation directly created by Russia that he ate up hook, line, and sinker. You know, I knew that by his actions over the past few years when his public statements synched up perfectly to the reporting on that disinformation…but he didn’t really care and blew off the FBI who warned him about it…and he told them he didn’t believe them and knew more than they did…damn, I am so tired of these traitorous assholes who would be drummed out of the senate if there was a functional repub party…aid and comfort to the enemy anyone? Geez…
March 23rd
Well…damn, I sure don’t want to get on the bike today…just so damn worn out but I need to get on it in 18 minutes but F1 qualifying is on right now and I would like to see that…up at 5:14 again today and out of bed before 6 and that means about 6 hours of sleep and that used to be enough…it’s 26 degrees out here and I haven’t looked outside to see if it snowed overnight…we got 6 inches of snow yesterday that forced me to go out and shovel it and I am tired of it…I’m tired of almost everything…I did make the big ham yesterday and it is a wonder that they can’t figure out how to slice them…some slices are paper thin and others are really thick…weird…but it still tastes good so I can live with it…my ribs are still sore on the left side from riding in the high winds from a couple of weeks ago and I would really like them to heal at some point…it’s a little better but it still hurts to just sit here…still need to clean a lot today with my son and DIL coming over tomorrow…need to do the kitchen today and will clean the bathroom tomorrow or maybe today…will think about it after I get the bike rides in…more later…
Fixed the car…
Well…had a little problem with the car…a squealing the alternator belt on start up that went on for a minute or so that had gotten really annoying so yesterday, when I was making the pizza on the grill, I dragged my tools out to the garage to take a look at it since I didn’t remember how to tighten the belt…once I looked at it I just about kicked myself for letting it go on so long…the adjustment bolt was easy to get to and in about a minute, I had the belt tightened…fired the car up with the heater fan on high and and there was no squeal so I’m pretty sure it’s fixed…now if the heater core would stop leaking but it can’t be leaking much since I checked the coolant after the run into town and it’s still full…think I’ll be able to cripple it in for the service on April 13th…
I really hate snow…
Well…damn, I am getting to really hate snow this year…we’ve gotten 6 inches out here today and have even had some foot deep snow drifts with all the high wind we’ve had…I did get the big ham heated up for lunch and made some gravy for the mashed potatoes and have everything cleaned up and I did go out and shovel the snow but it is snowing again and for the next few hours according to the radar…I did start cleaning the kitchen up and still have the stove to do and the sink and countertops but I want to let the dishes in the drainer dry so I can clean the drain board, too…I think I’m going to read a bit before I get back to cleaning since I have 3 new books going…not going to make it to 2K miles before the end of the month since I still have 304 miles to go and only 9 more days to do it…and with not being able to get outside to ride at all, the math doesn’t work and I’ll come up 140 miles short…oh, well..
Who is lying?
Well…last week, the idiot’s lawyers filed papers with the NY court in his business fraud case saying that they couldn’t find a bonding company that would sell them the bond necessary to cover the 454 million dollars he owes from the court imposed fines and penalties and that he couldn’t cover it with cash and securities…but yesterday, the idiot boy came out in the press and said he had well over 500 million in cash..”much more” even…and that is going to be an interesting question for the judge to ask…”do you have the money or not?” In the mean time, Tish James has started the paperwork to seize at least two properties in NY but because every thing idiot boy has is leveraged to nearly it’s worth, I think she is going to have to seize a lot more than two properties….Monday is the deadline so it’s put up or shut up time for the idiot…geez…
March 22nd
Well…got a lot of work done yesterday and will need to keep that up today to finish up the cleaning before Sunday…not going to do the bathroom until Sunday morning so I guess today will be the kitchen…I do have to make the big ham I got wed with mashed potatoes and gravy to go with the pizza I made yesterday so I won’t have to cook again for a week or so…it’s snowing out here and will be all day it appears and it is sticking to the roads with the temp only at 27 and that sucks…not going to shovel, though, since it will melt tomorrow…must have slept wrong last night and have pain in my neck on the left side that I’ll need to treat with so biofreeze before I get on the bike in a bit…only have 9 days to get to 2K miles and it appears like I won’t make it with not being able to ride outdoors…but I can make up for it once it warms up…man, I’m tired today and really don’t feel like getting on the bike but I will around 7….so that gives me 11 minutes to drink coffee and I need to choke down a cup before I get going…..not much to do today…just the bike rides, cooking, and cleaning and I may cut out some time to read later…a pretty quiet day….more later…
Lots of work today..
Well…got lots of work done around here today and I needed to…go on the bike by 6:30 and finished the second ride about 9…then out to the library to get a few more books and got started on the pizza for lunch and this time I left it on the grill long enough that the crust was crispy and it came out of the pan with no drama…not like the last one that I mangled trying to get it out….then I tore the couch apart and washed the cover, vacuumed the cushions and rotated them, then put it all back together and cleaned my coffee table and vacuumed the rug in here…oh, and the package from amazon came and I think I like the new trimmer and I know I just love the new swimsuit I bought…fits perfectly and is made out of what looks like pretty durable fabric…and it’s the perfect length and for under 20 bucks…now I just need to maintain my weight for the summer so I can get some swims in…and I went with black since I’m not into bright colors anymore…still too damn cold to get outside on the bike today since it never even got to 30 here…and now we have a winter weather advisory here…just too damn weird…
Let’s talk abut vaccines…
Well…just want to talk a bit about vaccines…particularly the one for pneumonia that has been found to have some remarkable effects…this vaccine is for bacteria caused infections and yet this new study shows it is effective against flu and covid…in children, the vaccine cut infection rates by 41 to 86 percent…as effective as a flu shot…in adults this vaccine lowered viral lung infections by up to 25%…in adults, covid hospital stays and deaths were reduced by 33%…and the mechanism for these results is the fact that viruses and bacteria work together or they set the stage for each other by forcing the body to work overtime to fight infections….so if you can knock one of them down like with this vaccine, the body then can respond better to the other infection…I guess what I’m saying is if you qualify for this vaccine, get it as I have…I wonder if that along with my covid boosters have kept me from getting sick over the past four years?

Well…up at 4;54 today and I’m not sure how I feel about that…pretty normal and I’m pouring coffee down to try to get jump started and get on the bike…I am so damn tired of the cold and it got down to 19 degrees last night….and it’s not getting above 35 today so I won’t be outside on the bike for a few more days…so my goal of 2K miles before the end of March is out of reach…I think I may just make this a low key day and throttle things back a bit…the weather widget on my screen just changed to “high winds soon” and it made me laugh….it’s always high winds out here and they shook the house yesterday…I am going to make a pizza on the grill today since I need to use up the ingredients from the last one…and I have a big ham to make tomorrow so I won’t have to cook for a week or so…going to clean the living room today and rotate the couch cushions along with washing the couch protector and the rest of the laundry…and I need to go over to the library to get some more books with finishing up the three I had going….but I need to get two rides in before that…not much to do today…just need to get moving slowly over the next half hour or so and then get on the bike…it’s 6 am and that is too damn early….more later…

Well…working up any outrage today has been pretty difficult with my brother dying but I really need to talk about the ghoul kurshner that Gaza will have “great waterfront property” after it’s all cleared out…and he goes on to say it would be an ideal place for a trump hotel…now, how the hell can you look at 20,000 children being killed in Gaza and go straight to thinking “boy look at the profit we can make when they are all dead and we can steal their land”…typical rich people bullshit where they see suffering of people only through the lens of how they can profit from it…and let’s remember who this asshole is…he’s the one who sold US intelligence to MBS of Saudi Arabia so he could round up the opposition and have them killed…and then the Saudis gave him 2 billion dollars after the election in 2020 for an “investment fund” that he has no idea how to run…it was just a reward for favoritism that the idiot trump showed MBS over his term…god, I hate these people…geez…
