Well…even though the constitution says that the executive branch (the idiot trump) has no role in elections and the courts have said that his plot to use the USPS to screw with mail in voting can’t go forward, I don’t understand how these lawless bastards are ignoring the courts and are still rejecting mail in ballots across the country…and one egregious example is in Florida where the USPS wouldn’t deliver any ballots since some of them had a barcode that was .2 of an inch different than what the postal service said they had to be…who the hell gave the USPS that power? They are supposed to deliver the mail…period…there is nothing in the constitution that gives them any power to screw with mail especially if it conforms to the size requirements they are allowed to set…and now all they rulings by lower court are going to the SC who view the constitution as whatever they say it is and will allow idiot boy and his cronies to take over the elections to cheat their way to a win…this is the reason this SC needs “reform” all of the conservatives that ignore the constitution in this case need to be impeached and remover if we actually climb over glass and win this fall…bastards all…geez…

The SC is going to interfere in the election…
Well…if they haven’t already done enough to allow the idiot trump to rig this fall’s elections just on partisan political bullshit, they now have a new reason to do all they can to help the repubs win…with the now mainstream dem vow that they are going to reform the SC if they take control of the house and senate, John Roberts has already sat down to start scheming how to prevent that from happening…and that just shows to me how much reform is needed…roberts has done more to damage the court with his bullshit ignoring of settled law and precedent and allowing the use of the “shadow docket” that allows them to destroy the constitution without explaining how and why they did it…and the ethical issues that he allows to fester, like thomas getting to be a multimillionaire on his 200K a year salary and kavanaugh getting a 250K debt disappeared while he was being vetted for the court are just two examples of how he has created the most corrupt court in the history of the country…so watch for roberts to continue to destroy the court to protect the grift that all of the conservatives on the court are knee deep in…geez…
Ignore the supreme court…
Well…with all of the ruling that the supreme court has done that favors the people who are bribing them and gives repubs everything they want, the time has come for the states to start ignoring their rulings until we take the house and senate back and reform the court…this has come from the right wing justices who have no ethics and who don’t feel the need to follow the law or precedent; just making it up to get the results they want that will favor their biases… there has never been such a corrupt court in the history of this country and three of the justices really should be in jail for taking bribes and then ruling for the people who bribed them…the senate has the power to investigate and set rules that the court has to follow…and that should happen first thing we take the senate back…we can’t afford to have the oozing corruption continue to poison this country…geez…
Politics suck…
Well…as you know, I try to do apolitical one of these every day but politics in the age of the idiot trump just sucks and it is getting harder and harder to watch the damage he has done to this country…and the supreme court just took away another avenue that normal citizens had to hold the government accountable saying that people can’t sue the government to hold it accountable anymore…even though there is a specific law that allows that…and the right wing assholes are just loving making different classes of citizens…like it you have money everything id peachy keen for you but if you are poor, you don’t have the same rights…never mind that the 14th amendment guarantees “equal protection under the laws”…but we all know that this court and the right wing assholes on it don’t care about the constitution…they just care about pleasing the idiot trump and his minions…if we take back the senate in 26, the court needs to be reformed and rules put in place that won’t allow them to ignore the intent of the laws they are overturning…or we should just impeach the lot of them for lying at their confirmation hearings…geez…
We need a judicial revolt…
Well…with the corrupt decisions coming out of the SC this month, I’ve been thinking about it and I think it’s time for a judicial revolt in this country…after all, the SC doesn’t control any army or police force so if all of the federal judges just say “the rulings of the corrupt Roberts court are so far away from normal judicial reasoning that we must defy the court to uphold our oath to the Constitution” Just a few hundred judges saying that and acting on it would take away the only thing roberts and his cronies have and that is tradition…I mean, really…there is no place in the constitution that give a president immunity from crimes or gives the SC the authority to legislate from the bench…since the 6 right wing justices took over, they have acted like they are the supreme power in the country, not a co-equal branch of the government as the framers intended so they don’t deserve to have their rulings followed…and the revolt should start right now…geez…
The SC coup continues…
Well…the power grab from the SC continued today with granting the idiot trump immunity from his crimes…yep, you heard that right, the 6 fascists on the court basically said that trump can order subordinates to kill someone and there is nothing anyone can do about it…they have made trump a king…he can order someone to steal an election and there is nothing anyone can do about it…now, are you going to sit out this election or are you going to vote and do something about it? And we need all three branches of government so we can get rid of this SC since they are just making shit up to get the political ends they want…and I am so pissed off…every damn one of the 6 right wing judges need to be impeached for lying to get on the court and then appoint real judges that will follow the law…not make new law as they go…vote…it’s the only way to save this country…geez
The biggest power grab in history…
Well…the corrupt SC did it again last week when they engineered the biggest power grab in history by ruling that judges can overrule ever agency of the government on any whim they want…you want clean air and water? Nope…the EPA can no long make any rules that keep us safe from industry…so now any company can dump anything into the water and there is not a damn thing anyone can do about it…you want workplace safety? Gone since OSHA can no longer enforce the rules they have put in place to keep workers from being injured or killed on the job…you want to be protected against scams stealing your money? Gone since the SEC can no longer put rules in place to protect you…so now judges who are not experts on any of these topics will be the ones ruling on the thousands of lawsuits that will be filed this week by industry and assholes who want to be able to pollute and steal whatever they want…and next time there’s a pandemic? The FDA can’t do anything about it…the SC just kneecapped the entire government and it will no longer function…so remember that this fall and vote these assholes out so the court can be reformed…this is the worst thing I’ve ever seen from the SC and I’m old…geez…
They are going to give him immunity…
Well…even though it appears nowhere in the constitution, the corrupt supreme court appears like they are going over rule two other courts and grant the idiot trump immunity from crimes he committed when president…and once they establish that presidents have that power, guess who gets that, too? Yep, Joe Biden will be able to do whatever the hell he wants including locking trump up indefinitely if he feels like it…folks, this is what corruption looks like at the SC…and this now makes the president what we fought against in the revolution…a king…and I’m sure that is nowhere in the constitution either…and the “originalists” are showing that this is just bullshit excuses for them doing whatever the hell they want to further the political outcomes they want…all of the right wing justices should be impeached and now…geez…
It’s the courts…
Well…if you needed more reason to vote for Joe in the fall than all of the good stuff he’s gotten done, just think about the damage the idiot trump has done to the courts and the resulting damage to our democracy….for the first time in history, the supreme court has taken rights away from US citizens and it’s all because of the corrupt justices that idiot boy put on the bench…and just this week they were up to the same corrupt antics again when the conservatives voted that the states couldn’t enforce the 14th amendment by keeping the criminal in chief off the ballot after he led the insurrection on January 6th…that amendment is plain and was used to keep hundreds of confederates from running for office and yet this supreme court ignored precedent, as they always do, making trump more equal than anyone else…so if you want that fixed, vote for dems up and down the ballot so we can take back the house, keep the senate and return one of the most effective presidents in the last 100 years to the WH…it’s up to us to save this country…so vote…geez…

Well…we knew this was going to happen…the SC put the idiot trump back on the ballot in Colorado and that means the two other states that barred him will have to put him back on the ballot, too…and that just about trashes what little respect I had for the court…and they made sure the 14th amendment can now be ignored since they have said it doesn’t matter what idiot boy did, he stays on the ballot if elected in the primaries…and this doesn’t bode well for idiot boy’s claim of “absolute immunity” that it looks more than likely they are going to give him…and they will write the opinion so narrowly that it will only apply to the idiot and not Biden…and that makes it imperative that we take back the House and
Senate this fall…geez…
