Well…the no kings rallies were yesterday and they were the biggest protests here in the US for 50 years…the protests spread to the UK and Europe with 200K people showing up in London…I didn’t go to this one just because it was only 33 degrees and my feet and legs are just healing from overuse…and I didn’t want to walk the half mile to the park…8 million people showed up to protest the moron warmonger in chief but now we need to turn that into votes in the fall election and throw out all repubs…and we need to remember that it’s not just the idiot trump doing the damage…without the entire repub party behind him, none of this crap would be happening so we need to stress that point every damn day until November…geez…

We’re leading the way…
Well…one of the things I noticed at the “No Kings” protest this past Sat was the age of the crowd…most of the people there looked like me…older folks made up at least 75% of the crowd and now that phenomenon has been noticed across the country at every one of the protests…our age group is leading the way in protesting everything trump and we show that in the polls where 65+ Americans have the highest disapproval of the idiot and are going to be the determining factor in a lot of elections…and possibly hand both the House and Senate back tot he dems next fall…I never could understand why older folks like me would ever vote for repubs since their reason for living is to cut the programs that most of us alive…but it looks now like it’s getting through the thick skull of the rest of the old folks and they are no longer going to be a reliable voting bloc for the repubs…it’s about damn time…geez…
