Well…not sure how it happened, but the day got away from me almost as soon as I got up today with the rain forcing me to wait til almost 11 before I could get on the bike…and that made it after 1 before I got the 2nd ride in…so all I did was sit here and watch the F1 race this morning and do the weight work and that is a lot harder for me than it looks…after I got back from the rides, I decided to do the bedding which this time included bleaching to get the oil from my skin out of it that just laundry soap wouldn’t remove…after that I decided to do my pillows, too since they had gotten pretty stained from me sweating on them…so I bleached them, too and now I just put the pillows back in the dryer since they are still damp after the first pass through and that won’t be comfortable to sleep on..I did use the bleach dispenser on the washer that appears to work pretty good so that is cool…and I made another batch of pickled red onions since I had used up the first batch and I made egg salad and an omelet to eat today and I think that will be the meals for tomorrow, too…it’s now 6:30 and I need to take a short break before I do anything else…

Well…you all knew how this was going to work, didn’t you? The idiot tears up the Iran deal that Obama and the professionals negotiated, spends 200 billion dollars on a war that he lost, and now says that he made a “deal” with Iran that does not accomplish what the JCPOA did years ago…and now fox news and all of the right wing propaganda networks are pushing this as the greatest negotiations ever done by anyone in the history of the world…never mind that idiot boy was too busy with his cage fight and his ballroom to even sit in on any of the talks…as always, he claims credit for something he didn’t do…and Iran is still claiming control of the strait of Hormuz where they are going to charge billions of dollars in tolls that the idiot is just fine with since this “agreement” gives him cover to stop talking about Iran since he is “bored” with it and he has the attention span of a gnat…this is biggest piece of loser shit I’ve seen in my lifetime…that 200 billion dollars could have put every kid in the country through college for free and paid for Medicare for everyone along with shoring up SS and Medicare…but hey, I guess 200 billion is a deal so he doesn’t have to talk about Iran anymore…geez…
June 14th
Well…damn, slept on my right eye last night and now it’s blurry and that sucks…and we’re supposed to get t-storms in a few minutes so I won’t be getting out on the bike til almost 10 this morning and I really don’t know how to just sit here and wait it out…but I guess I’ll have to…at least the F1 race is on at 8am so that will give me something to do…just poured the 1st cup of coffee and I really hope it works really, really soon…might even have to grind some beans for some pour over if the 7 leftover cups in the coffee maker is not enough…slept pretty crappy last night but that’s normal and I wish it weren’t…not as worn out as a few days ago but I can feel this is not going to be what I need to feel okay…just getting old, I guess…and I don’t like it much…the 24 hours of LeMans still has 4 hours to go and that is nice background noise to start the day…haven’t really watched much of it…I’d like it if they would show some of the GT cars instead of just the prototypes…made some hard boiled eggs yesterday and I hope the old ones I used are still good..will have to check that before I make egg salad for lunch…not much to do today…just going to wing it and dance around the rain this morning and hope I can get the rides done before noon…need to get on the weights…more later…
An easy day…
Well…it was a pretty easy day after getting the rides in this morning…didn’t even have to cook with using up the rest of the leftovers…and tomorrow is going to be egg day with making egg salad for sandwiches and then an omelet to use up the onions and green pepper…and I took out a chicken breast to bake that for a meal with a baked potato and some corn…and I’m going to continue to use the breaded chicken patties that I need to get out of the freezer so I may eat those until they’re gone later in the week…and that will open up room for other stuff if there is anything ever on sale again…I do need to make some more pickled onions and pickles tomorrow so I’ll have stuff for sandwiches…I even have 4 burgers left in the freezer from quite a while back that are still good so this week is all going to be freezer food…I did another day of eating more today as I did yesterday but I still ran out of steam around 2 again and have been struggling with being tired since…oh, well…now I want to read more and I think I will../.
The loser keeps losing…
Well…how small and petty does a person have to be when he has to cover up his humiliation with a tarp? That is exactly what happened yesterday when the deadline hit for removing the idiot trump’s name from the Kennedy center and MSNBC even had a live camera showing it…but the whiny baby trump ordered the workers to hang a tarp on the scaffolding so no one could see his embarrassment when it happened…and this morning it was revealed that trump and his cronies had stolen 17 million dollars from the national ballet who have sued him to get it back…you want more humiliation? Only 16% of the country thinks it’s appropriate to hold a cheesy UFC cage fight on the WH lawn and the same amount thinks idiot boy knows what the hell he’s doing with the economy…and let’s throw in a little bit more losing…when he inserted himself into the NBA finals in NYC, he was booed by the entire crowd and then he fell asleep supposedly watching the game that he didn’t give a damn about…and this is happening everywhere this idiot goes these days…and I’ll bet this asshole is fuming since he needs to have people cheer for him…those days are over…geez…
May 13th
Well…how the hell can I wake up and have my hands be numb? And my thumbs hurt? This getting old is just bullshit and I’m tired of it…at least the US won it’s first match in the world cup 4-1 and looked pretty good doing it but tests are coming…crap just got a high wind warning for 11am today so I need to get off my butt and get the rides in before 6:30 am…at least get them started before then so I need to drink coffee fast to get going in 18 minutes…there is rain coming in for this afternoon and it looks like it could be sooner than that so I need to get off my butt…it is going to be a good race day today with F1 qualifying on at 9:25 and the LeMans starting at 10…and there is a channel that is going to run all 24 hours of it so that will be good background noise for the day…going to have to cook tomorrow but I have no clue what that is going to be…have lots of chicken in the freezer so I’ll need to take some out later this morning so it will thaw by tomorrow…I can do omelets to use up the eggs and green pepper and even hard boil some eggs for egg salad so I guess that’s good enough…more later…

Well…you know I’ve talking about the prices for everything going to soar in the next month and that has already started with the price of coffee…the Hills Bros whole beans I bought last week for 11 bucks for 2 lbs are now 27 dollars and it has nowhere to go but up from there…so, it looks like I’ll be back to the cheapest ground coffee I can find locally since the ground I bought on amazon went from 11 bucks for 35 ozs to 21 dollars for the same…and everything is going up with them…thanks maga assholes…
Feeling better…
Well…it’s been a better day today and I’m pretty sure it’s from eating more yesterday and I’m trying to do that again today…it is so nice to have the bike zeroed in and working almost like new and getting the miles in…I don’t want to jinx it but the assholes in the rental have been absent for more than a week after I called on them last Thursday but I think it may be the new neighbors weighing in on them, too…but whatever it is, this is how this neighborhood should be all the time without me having to call all the time…I did get out to the library today for more books but finding a road open to it was a pain with the event going on all weekend downtown…had to walk a block and a half carrying my bag of books but it was nice and sunny and I don’t mind walking at all…and then I went to Meijers just to drive my car with the top down since it is really getting to be fun…I did get my new driver’s license today and since I’m over 70, I have to go in to renew it every 4 years…and I think that’s age discrimination when there are so many younger bad drivers that don’t have to…and I haven’t even been pulled over since 1980…that should count for something…oh, well…not going to bitch too much…I have other things to bitch about…okay, world cup time…
Gutting the state department…
Well…there are so many stupid, stupid things that the idiot trump and his minions have done but I think the worst is going to be his gutting of the state department and firing everyone who is not “loyal” to him…it has gotten so bad that we don’t have ambassadors to any mideast country but Israel and we have given up all of the rising Africa to the Chinese who have seen the weakness of idiot boy and have moved in with programs that displace the same ones that the idiot has abandoned…influence that will never be regained since the idiot doesn’t care about those “shithole countries” that can’t or won’t bribe him…and this is going to lock American farmers out of hundreds of billions of dollars in sales across the world that is never coming back…and with his abandonment of Ukraine, he has unleashed the creativity and self sufficiency that is going to undercut American arms manufacturers across the globe…what the moron doesn’t understand is he started the move away from the US with his bullshit and now Ukraine has developed a substitute for the Patriot missile defense system that all of Europe is going to adopt in the near future…and with trump in charge the entire world understands that the US is no longer a reliable partner and are going around us and not even inviting the US to partner like they did with every other president other than the most stupid one in history…so as trump stumbles around in his ignorance, the world moves on without us…as they should….geez…
No more judge shopping…
Well…the idiot trump loses another court case, this time in the SC who ruled 9-0 that the idiot trump’s DOJ judge shopping is illegal and unconstitutional and all trials have to take place where the alleged offense occurred…up until this ruling, trump and his cronies would “judge shop” looking for a corrupt, trump appointed judge who would allow them to break the law as he went after his enemies…using compliant judges and courts in Texas and Florida to investigate “crimes” that happened in other parts of the country…like the case of a RI hospital who refused to give medical records of transgender individuals so the DOJ could persecute (not prosecute) those people for living their lives…so idiot boy’s DOJ filed the case in a lunatic maga judges court to allow them to break the law and using this corrupt judge as cover…yesterday the SC reminded the DOJ of a little thing called the Constitution that specifically prohibits these kinds of manipulation by them…I hope that the lawyers defending these people will file today to get the suits thrown out and force the DOJ to follow the law…man, what a loser…geez…
