Well…up a little after 5 again today and I really do need to figure out why I can’t sleep anymore…I did eat more yesterday but I can’t feel the effects of that yet and I wonder if I will at all…I was going to take an easy day yesterday with one ride indoors but I did take advantage of the nice weather to get a 10 mile ride in outdoors and I am going to try to do that again today…but the forecast says it’s only getting to 40 today so I guess we’ll see…I do need to clean the bathroom today but that is going to wait til later…the lesions on my face hurt like crazy when I put sunscreen on to go out or the outdoor ride so I won’t be able to use the 100 spray on until they heal up some…only 6 more days and I can start using the cortisone cream to get some relief…my skin looks really bad and red and I hope all of the lesions will be gone after I’m done…not much to do today…just need to pour coffee down and get it to work right now…damn it’s almost 6 and Ineed to get going…more later…
