Well…it was a pretty nice day again today and I got a double ride in outdoors but that will be the last one until March at least…the roads were completely clear and it just felt good to be outside for the 4th day in a row…and I continues my 2 day streak of getting things done after cleaning the bathroom yesterday, I got the laundry done and a little more cleaning…so I really wasn’t a slug today and that felt good too….only one day left of burning the hell out of my face and scalp and then I can start using the steroid to get the lesions to heal…it’s supposed to rain and snow tomorrow but we are getting towards March and the temps are going to stay in the 30’s so all of the snow should be melted tomorrow…and that’s okay with me…I do need to go out in the morning to pick up the BP med prescription that I phoned my doctor for…but that will be after the weight work and one indoor ride…only did one meal today along with the bagel for breakfast and I’m going to keep that up until I run out of energy…back to reading…
