Well…after the horrific murder of an American citizen by an ICE agent Wednesday, both the shooter and Kristi Noem should be prosecuted under Minnesota state law for murder…and it shouldn’t stop there…every damn time some ICE thug attacks anyone they should be prosecuted and the blue states need to lead the way…they constantly kidnap people and that is another statute that they should be prosecuted for on the state level…these lawless thugs have to be held accountable and we know that will never happen on the federal level when you have a corrupt AG like Pam Bondi who took bribes when Florida’s AG to drop the suits against trump university…so the blue states need to lead the way and not let the FBI bigfoot the cases like they did in the Minnesota murder…just because the corrupt FBI is trying to protect ICE in this shooting doesn’t mean the states have to stop their investigations…state AG’s need to step up and file charges against these thugs an do it now…geez…

January 9th
Well…up at 5:14 this morning and the wind is just howling out there…there is a wind advisory on right now with 50 mph gusts for today and that’s pretty normal out here….slept okay last night but I sure don’t feel like it right now…just poured the first cup of coffee and there is no way it’s going to work fast enough for me…so I’ll be sitting here struggling as I wait for it….might have to go to the library today to get a couple more books since they are closed Monday and I don’t want to run out…or I could just bite the bullet and get used to the coming lack of new ones to read and that is going to suck…oh, well…I really should get some cleaning done today and I think I’ll clean the stove top for a start…the bathroom can use a once over but I do need to get the weight work and rides in before that…not much to do today…going to make eggs and sausage for one meal today along with the leftover pizza for the other one…more later…
No weights today…
Well…I decided to give myself a day off the weights today to let my muscles recover…the last time I did that was months ago so my upper body needed the rest…I did get two rides in today but that was all I did other than reading…it got up to 50 here today but the crash starts Sunday and we’ll be down in the 20’s again…thought about taking the outdoor bike for a ride but there is still too much ice on the roads and I didn’t want to have to wash the bike…I did find out where the surgical office is where I’m getting the lesion removed at the end of the month…right next to the Meijers on Stermberg road so that’s easy…got a lot of spam calls today and that hasn’t happened in a while so I wonder what changed? Okay…want to read a bit more before the tv time starts…
We need to hit the streets…
Well…after watching the Iranian people hit the streets for the past 11 days trying to get rid of the incompetent government there, the idea hit me that after the ICE murder in Minnesota yesterday we need to do the same thing…we need to hit the streets here to force the repubs to do something to get rid of the idiot trump and his fascist minions…enough is enough and the people need to do this to save our democracy…I for one will be trying to find a protest out here and will suit up and go no matter how cold it is…it is time for all of us to get off our asses and do something to resist what idiot boy is doing to this country and to the world…now is the time…geez..
December 8th
Well…up at 5:40 this morning and that makes for a 6 hour night of sleep and I really do need more than that…so, I’m pretty worn out today and it’s going to be a lot of work to get moving today…but I don’t have a lot to do so maybe that will make it easier….it’s going to get to almost 50 today and I have been thinking about taking the outdoor bike out but there is still too much snow and slush in the alley to ride it out to the street…still have leftovers so I won’t have to cook today but I’m getting bored with what I’ve been making…going to finish off the soup today and maybe make some eggs and sausage…but who knows? I do know I’m going to start the day with a toasted bagel with cream cheese after the weight work…not much to do today…just need to get moving, have more coffee and get the day started….more later…
ICE is lying…
Well…after one of the ICE thugs shot a woman for being in her car in Minneapolis today, ICE started out lying that she was trying to ram the thugs who had invaded the city…but there is video that now showed the murderer just stepped front of this woman’s car to stop her from driving down the street…as she was trying to back up to get out of there the ICE thug pulled his pistol and shot here in the face…and this woman would still be alive if the ICE thugs weren’t sent there by idiot boy just to put pressure on a dem run city like he’s done all over the country…this guy needs to be arrested right now and end up with life in prison and his superiors need to be sued for the wrongful death of this woman who was going about her business…an American citizen that these thugs had no right to interact with at all…this is what it’s come to in trump’s America…his death squads now can shoot Americans any time they want with no consequences…another impeachable offense to add to the hundreds idiot boy has already committed…geez..
Had to get a new credit card…
Well…just got off the phone with 5/3rd to sign up for a new credit card as my old one is being phased out…so now instead of a 1,500 dollar limit, I now have a 7,000 dollar limit and get 1.67% cash back…much better than the old one and, with my capital one card, I now have a line of credit of over 12K to use for emergencies…I did get out and ran errands this morning and I think I found the surgery building I needed to find so I can get the lesion removed on the 29th…now I need to go down and get the 2nd ride in…hope I have at least a couple of books that I haven’t read out of the 5 I checked out this morning…
January 7th
Well…up and moving at 5:40 this morning and I feel like crap with a bad headache and no energy that I’ll have to get over soon so I can get the day started…feel really old today and need to get over that so I can do my busy day and get the grocery run done…don’t have a lot to get but I do need to hit the library and pay the water bill…we are supposed to get an inch of rain tomorrow so a lot of the snow will melt…and it’s getting to almost 50 tomorrow then the temp will drop into the 20’s by Sunday and I’m not sure if I’m ready for that…yeah, I know…it’s winter in Michigan so I have to get used to it…I do need to put the books aside today and get some work done around here…the bathroom needs to be cleaned and the stove needs a once over so I’ll have plenty to do…my BP soared yesterday into the 140’s and I’m not sure what I did to have that happen…not much to do today…just lots of coffee and then weights and a bike ride before I get going….more later…
I did it…
Well…it took the entire week but I just finished up the 7th book this week so I can take them all back tomorrow and get a few more…so you can imagine that it was not a productive day at all…so I’m not going to get as many books this week so I can get some work done around here…I did put long pants and a long sleeved t-shirt on to ride the bike downstairs today and that seems to have helped since I wasn’t shivering on the couch after I finished and my fingers didn’t turn white so that’s going to be the new normal for me…doesn’t look like I need to cook for the rest of the week since the soup is lasting longer than I expected and I still have at least 4 days of chili dogs…okay, I need to get the grocery list for tomorrow done…
Another impeachment coming…
Well..as I predicted, some dems and even some repubs are preparing articles of impeachment for the idiot trump’s illegal invasion of Venezuela, but for everything illegal he’s done since he started this term…the latest is singling out blue states and cutting out SNAP payments to the tune of 15 billion dollars…and he thinks all he has to do is shout fraud and that makes it legal…never mind that numerous investigations have been done and none of them found any fraud at all…and this violates the equal protection clause in the constitution by treating blue states differently than red ones….and this is just his ham handed way of punishing poor people that live in blue states…this alone will guarantee a blue tsunami this fall but when all of the terrible things the repubs have let him do are lumped in, maybe there won’t even be a repub party…and they brought it on themselves…geez..
