Well…yeah,, I know, I didn’t come back for another one yesterday but I did have an excuse…when I got back here I had to search for a replacement plug for my radar detector…found one and soldered it on to the cord so the detector works again…saved me 39 bucks and it feels right again to drive the car…I did get out of here for a while yesterday and won at pool…and I really do think I’m almost over the bug finally since I had a couple of cocktails last night and I feel okay…my tooth has even stopped hurting…there are just bonuses all around today…not much to do today…got the final grocery trip in so I’m good to go for Thurs and I won’t have to brave the stores tomorrow…I am meeting up with K for drinks tonight for the first time since she got pregnant so that should be fun…more later…

Oh, one last thing for this one…just wanted to wish Joe Walsh happy birthday today…65 frickin years old…at least someone is older than I am…

Well…it was a Sunday yesterday and I may be feeling better but I’m not sure yet…man, I’ve been saying that for a couple of weeks now and I hope it’s finally true…but, I was up at 4 this morning and didn’t sleep well..,that sounds like a repeat, too but it’s just the facts….the Lions really looked okay but lost and I am happy that Kesolowski, a Michigan kid, won the Cup championship…just didn’t want Johnson to win again…my lungs are still screwed up and I think it may be the reason for the lack of energy I feel…not much to do today…I do have to take one room a day this week and get them cleaned since one of the boys may be coming over for dinner Thurs…and I do need to go get the papers so that is where I’m going now….

Well…okay, I didn’t come back for another one yesterday and I’m not really sure why…still not feeling too great and now I have a tooth that is giving me fits after grinding my teeth like crazy the other night…and now my radar detector just quit so I’ll have to find another one…will probably wait until the Christmas as come out…there should be one on sale there and I have only driven about 2 miles all week so I guess I can just drive the speed limit…that is going to hurt but with the Miata I don’t drive that fast anyway…it was a pretty good sports day yesterday with Michigan winning but Man U lost and I just don’t understand how they can look so lethargic…oh, well….not much to do today…I do have to start cleaning for Thursday and get the snow tires on the car but I just can’t seem to get motivated….maybe later? I will try to get back here for another one but who knows?

Well…not running as late as normal for a weekend day and part of that is that I feel better today…at least right now…I think it may be allergies and the fact that I had three days of not eating enough…I tried to fix that yesterday and it may have worked but I am still coughing so I am a little confused…it was and okay day yesterday and I did get out on the bike in shorts so that was fun…but I really didn’t do much since I felt so crappy…it looks like a great sports day today with Soccer on now, F1 qualifying in a few, and then Michigan and Man U playing this aft…I think there is even a race on so it looks busy for me…and I will come back for another one of these today…so, more later…

Well…still feeling like crap and I hope it’s not turning into pneumonia…have been coughing all morning and that is how it started last time…three weeks of a low level infection and then it exploded overnight to where it put me in the hospital…can’t afford to have that happen…or, it could just be really bad allergies…who knows? All I do know is that I am tired of feeling crappy…it was an okay day yesterday but didn’t do too much, not even much cleaning but that’s okay…I have next week to clean before t-day…I am looking forward to the first F-1 practice from the new track in Texas this morning and since it is Friday, I don’t have to work out…so I am going to go get some coffee and read the papers…more later…

Well…another day…more boredom and I am starting to get tired of it but what else is there? I have been good for the past few days but I still feel crappy so I now know it’s allergies or a bug…oh, I said that yesterday…didn’t do much except get the stuff for t-day dinner and clean a little around here….okay, coffee is done and I do need to read the papers…be back in a while for more…

Okay..got the papers done and the workout in so now I’m back here for a few…still having coolant problems with the car but thought I’d try something new today with taking the pressure off the system…who knows? Not much to do today…waiting for the temp to come up so I can get a bike ride in and I should get rid of the leaning tower of newspapers but I’m not sure I’ll do that until tomorrow…might just make this be a veg out day….I will come back for more later…there are so many targets out there I should be doing ten of these a day…

Well…it was a day yesterday and I got a bunch of stuff done around here and I was really, really good last night so I should feel better than I do…this must be the residual of the bug I’ve had for three weeks now since I am still coughing…but three weeks? That points me to allergies but with it being so cold, how can that be? Oh, well…slept okay last night and I am liking the ear plugs that I have been using for the past few days…seem to sleep better, still toss and turn all night but it seems to be less than before…I do need to continue the cleaning today and go out for groceries for the t-day meal since the turkey will take at least 4 or 5 days to thaw and I don’t want to have it icy when it goes in the brine next wed…..so, I am going to get moving…well…back to the couch for a few and then start the car to warm up since it looks like an ice block…

Well…up early again today…5 am came way too quickly this morning but I think I may have slept okay since I did have dreams that included Bill Clinton and lots of people that I used to work with…still really tired but at least the sore throat is almost gone and maybe I’ll feel better later today…there is snow on the ground this morning and I may have to start thinking about putting the winter tires on the car but I don’t want to admit that winter is coming….I did get the chance to see T for a few minutes yesterday and that was nice but too short…I can’t believe how busy she is….not much to do today… I am going to clean and write some but that is about it…I really do miss having the Red Wings playing since that always took my mind of the world for a couple of hours…

Well…just getting ready to have my coffee and read the papers but thought I’d do this first…it was an okay day yesterday and I think it was the last one that will be warm enough to go out on the bike in a t-shirt…the car is still giving me problems and it looks like I’ll have to take it in…oh, well…it is going to be a no cocktail week this week and starting with last night, I am starting to feel okay…the bug is finally starting to leave me alone and my throat is not as sore as it was so that is okay…alright, am going to have my coffee before it gets cold…back later for more…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and it was good to see one of my boys last night for a while…I think I may finally be getting over the bug that has plagued me for the past two weeks but I probably shouldn’t speak too soon…my throat is still a little sore and we’ll see how the energy levels go as the day goes on…I may be going out to shoot pool later today and I do need to get a bike ride in this morning…I made some venison tacos yesterday and they were pretty good…the venison has kind of a sweet taste that is mostly covered by the taco seasonings so that was good…not that big of a fan of venison but this was okay…we’ll see how it translates into leftovers….more later…
