Well…as you can see, I didn’t come back for another one about Cohen yesterday and part of it was there was so much information and bombshells that I wanted to wait to see the summary that Rachel did last night. There are a few things right off the top that jumped out at me…first, Don Jr. is in deep shit for signing one of the reimbursement checks given to Michael Cohen for paying off the women who had affairs with the idiot trump. Oh, and the older idiot signed one, too, and they are both felonies that will be charged at some point. So, little donnie, wipe that smug grin off your face…there is a prison in your future, just like daddy. Another interesting point is that the older idiot must have lied on his written answers to Mueller since he denied knowing about Wikileaks and their role in conspiring with trump when Cohen was in the room when Stone called and told trump that he had just talked to Assange and the stolen e-mails were coming…and trump said great! Another felony….oh, haven’t talked about bank fraud yet. When trying to get a loan from Deutsche Bank, trump and Cohen inflated trump’s assets to get them to approve the loan…and, even though trump didn’t get the loan, lying to get it is the same thing that Paul Manafort was convicted of and will spend the rest of his life in prison for. Is that enough? I think one of the reasons why trump and his cronies lied so much about their crimes is that they are ignorant of how the justice system works and thought that no one could care if they lied or scammed their way through life. This time, they are going to pay…and if trump was smart, which he isn’t, he would be negotiating his resignation to make the charges go away…but doubling down on his stupidity seems to be the only thing he knows how to do…keep it up idiot…impeach…

February 28th
Well…that didn’t last long…up at 5:15 this morning and that set the Who song from Quadrophenia running through my head…so that puts me here early today as I wait for a little while to do the grocery run….but, I think the less than 6 hours of sleep is going to kill me later in the day…already feel like I have no energy so this will be another one of those where I’ll ease into it and then run in low for most of the day…I did get out to have a couple with T yesterday and that is always fun and a good conversation….and it was nice to just get out of here for a while and see another human being….I was going to come back here for another one yesterday but the outing took me out of the mood so I guess I’ll have to do another one on Cohen later today after all of the bombshells that were dropped during his testimony….didn’t get anything else done and my motivation level is quite low right now so I’m not sure how much I’ll do today…as always, there is plenty I should do but who knows? More later…
Michael Cohen…part 1
Well…just want to do a shorty on what we know so far from Michael Cohen’s testimony to the senate yesterday, and by his opening statement for the house committee he is testifying to at 10 this morning. While the senate testimony was private, a comment by senator Mark Warner gives an idea what to expect today when he just shook his head and said he’s never seen anything like it and it is much worse than he knew. Today’s testimony is going to focus on the continuous lies that trump has told to cover up his criminality…but there was one little nugget in there about Roger Stone where he called trump with Cohen in the room, put the phone on speaker, and proceeded to have Stone tell him he was in contact with Wikileaks and the stolen e-mails were on their way…can you say collusion, folks? So, I may do more of these as the testimony goes on or I may wait until it’s over since yesterday’s went over 10 hours and I need to watch Man U this afternoon….
February 27th
Well…running late for me this morning and I just noticed a new trend in my sleep…I have been able to go back to sleep after my initial waking, something that I wouldn’t even try for years…and this morning it was by mistake…I thought my phone read 6:14 when it was only 5:14 so I climbed back into bed and stayed there for another hour…not sure how much more I slept but the bed was warm and relaxing so that was a good thing…but, for some reason I’ve been favoring sleeping on the damaged shoulder and it hurts from it today…hmmm….I did get out to run a few errands yesterday and I have been leaving my mp-3 player at home and listening to the radio in the car lately…makes me feel a little more connected for some reason…and, with all the time I spend alone, it is nice to get some of the connection back…other than that, I didn’t get much done yesterday and today will be the same…other than my exercise program and watching the Michael Cohen testimony at 10, oh, and Man U plays at 3 so at least I have something to look forward to….and I may meet up with T later but I’m not really planning on that….more later…
Matt Gaetz…witness tamperer…
Well…the stupidity runs really, really deep in trumpworld and more of it was on display by one of the idiot trumps’ congressional supporters today. Congressman Matt Gaetz is so stupid that he tweeted out a threat to Michael Cohen on the eve of Cohen’s testimony to congress this week…yep, a sitting congressman, along with a sitting president have both obstructed justice by trying to tamper with congressional witnesses…and they were both dumb enough to do it on twitter…guess what guys? Tweets don’t go away and reading the federal criminal statutes, it is clear that Gaetz committed a felony by trying to do trump’s bidding by intimidating Cohen. So now what needs to happen…and I see that the wheels are already in motion, is that Mueller and his team need to roll this into their investigation and Nancy Pelosi needs to censure Gaetz and remove him from any committee assignments but then start the process to remove him from congress…the repubs need to understand that the laws of this country apply to them and there will be consequences, finally, to all of their criminality…..lock him up….
Ivanka is so irony challenged…or just dumb…
Well…just a shorty on an article that I just read a few minutes ago that made me just shake my head at the lack of….well, everything from Ivanka that shows she is just as irony challenged as her idiot father is….attacking AOC and the green new deal which has provisions that would guarantee people a good job with wages that you can actually live on, the younger idiot conflated that promise of a good job to getting free money and not working because, of course she did…saying that “people want to work for what they get” and saying it with a straight face from the woman who has never “worked” a day in her life…what the hell could she know about what working people want? I’m sure the slaves working in the Chinese factories that churn out her crap would like to make enough money to get out and have a better life but does she do anything about it? Nope…just like her idiot father, she does not give a damn about workers anywhere in the world…and the fact she has never worked a day in her life shows that irony is dead to the trumps…just stfu and go back to your penthouse…geez…
February 26th
Well…okay, I’m a little confused…again…didn’t get out of bed until after 6 again and only woke up a few times overnight…I did sleep on my shoulder and hurt it but the pain is going away already so I think it will be okay….but the whole idea of almost normal sleep is kinda foreign to me and I’m not sure what has changed…I wonder if it’s something I’m doing or if it’s just reaching a tipping point of too little sleep that I am now catching up on? Hmmmm…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but the normal stuff and almost didn’t get the bike rides in I was so out of sorts for most of the day….but, I sucked it up and got everything done and even cooked some…I do need to clean some before soccer comes on later but I’m not sure how motivated I’m going to be with another winter storm coming in later today and overnight…could get 3-6 inches of snow and I am getting depressed about that…then it turns really cold…again…and that doesn’t help my mood, either…..so, we’ll just see how the day shakes out and let it flow as it will….more later….
Almost forgot…
Well….it has been such an out of sorts day today that I almost forgot to come back here for another one…I don’t really have any one big topic for this one but I do have a few comments that I wanted to make before the end of the day….okay…just didn’t want to get behind…at least it’s not a placeholder…or is it? Okay, the big week is here that we will see Michael Cohen testifying in front of 3 congressional committees, even one in public in the House on Wednesday where he has said that he has evidence that he is bringing to support his testimony…so, I am looking forward to that and may even watch it in real time….oh, and there is new reporting that idiot boy has told his team of lawyers to stay on even after Mueller completes his work and drops his report since the SDNY will still be working on trump’s crimes long after Mueller is retired again…and one of the lawyers admitted that idiot boy is facing a “legal hellscape” over the next few years…and that just makes me smile and I hope it does you, too. One last thing, there has been a concerted, coordinated attempt on the right to conflate the fact that none of the trump kids have been interviewed by either Mueller or the SDNY with their speculation that they are therefore innocent and investigations into them should stop. Now, I’m not a lawyer, but damn, don’t these people read the news or know anything about how investigations happen? The subjects of investigations are NEVER interviewed by the people investigating them….did you ever see them bring in Gotti for questioning? Or any high profile criminal? These folks are just whistling past the graveyard…or they are too dumb to understand they are toast….I’ll vote for dumb…impeach…..
February 25th
Well…okay, that’s a new world record…didn’t get out of bed until 7:05 this morning and that is really, really weird for me…I’m normally up by 5 or so and this one is confusing but I’ll take it…but it puts me behind for the morning and I am feeling rushed now to get everything done that I need to do…but my shoulder barely hurts so that’s something….and I know I slept on it, too, so a little more progress is welcome….spent the whole day vegging and watching sports yesterday and got nothing done so I’ll have to do better today….why, I don’t know since I really don’t have much to do…I am thinking about buying a Fire tablet to use instead of my phone since they are on sale for 39 bucks with free shipping at amazon…and that makes me wonder why a phone costs 600 bucks and you can get a tablet for 39? They have most of the same circuitry except for the actual phone but they both have wifi and the tablet has a bigger screen…weird….not much to do today…need to get the workout and a ride in before 9 but that is about it…and pay a bill….more later…

Well…you know, I’m getting sick and tried of the news media and almost everyone else saying there is no difference between the political parties here in the US. There is a difference, folks, and that difference has never been more stark than what was highlighted by just two events this week….first it was revealed that when the sec of Labor, Alex Acosta, was a prosecutor in Florida, he gave a sweetheart deal to a big repub donor who was charged with sex trafficking of young girls…over 20 counts of abuse but Acosta let him off by giving him a non-prosecution deal that resulted in Epstein getting a cushy 18 month sentence for the one count he plead guilty to….and that deal was declared illegal last week since Acosta hid the deal so the victims couldn’t come forward and comment on the offered sentence…Acosta broke the law and yet he still sits as the Sec of Labor. The second edifying case is one we’ve seen a lot of…that of the long time repub operative Paul Manafort whose 800 page sentencing document was dropped by Mueller this week and basically said that they had never seen any one person who is a bigger lawbreaker than Manafort and recommended that he essentially spend the rest of his life in jail…and let’s not forget that this is someone who ran the idiot trump’s campaign and has been involved with repub politics since the days of Nixon…and he is the biggest criminal they have ever seen. And yet, trump does nothing about Acosta since he doesn’t think sexual assault is a crime and he also doesn’t think Manafort is a criminal. So, the next time anyone says the parties are the same, just quote these two cases and drop the mic…impeach…
