Well…since I’m already at the goal for the month, I don’t feel too badly about doing a short one…not a filler but a short one….out on the bike in the rain today, I saw a Trump sign and immediately a thought popped into my mind…those things remind me of the “I’m with stupid” t-shirts that were a big thing in the 80′s….from now on, whenever I see a Trump sign or bumper sticker, I’m going to think that they are with stupid…and you can take that two ways….

September 30th
Well….just realized that this one makes my goal for the month and that is a good thing since I normally don’t do a second one on Fridays…but, with the rain going on, I may have the time today if I can’t get on the bike…didn’t ride yesterday and I really don’t want to take a second day off the bike….that would lead to a major case of the guilts and I wouldn’t eat anything today and that is never a good thing…didn’t do a whole lot yesterday and I should have…okay, not really…don’t have a lot to do any day….slept okay last night and that’s the first time I’ve talked about that in quite a while….I am a little irritated that there was no Ray Donovan or Mr. Robot this week…had to fill in my Thurs night with other stuff that isn’t as good…oh, well….there is a Wings preseason game on tonight so that will be cool but it just tells me that the year is speeding by….okay…I really do need more coffee…more later….

Well…I was laughing my butt off this morning listening to Keith Olbermann on his GQ web show when he talked about a new poll that asked Trump supporters this question: Do you think the US should build a wall along the Atlantic coast to keep out Muslims? Okay, you know where this one is going to go….31% of Trump supporters thought it should be built..yep, 31% of Trump supporters think we should build a 2600 mile wall across all the beaches and ports along our Atlantic coast, cutting them off from the rest of the country just to keep Muslims out of the country. Now, I’m not sure how all those Muslims are getting here, submarines? Hanging onto the fins of dolphins? Swimming? This poll tells you all you need to know about the stunning ignorance and xenophobia that is the engine behind Trump…I knew there were a lot of proudly stupid people in this country but I didn’t think it was this many…when I was young people were ashamed of being ignorant…but, not these folks, they wear it like a badge of honor…geez….
September 29th
Well….yesterday was kind of a bust and I didn’t get anything done really….didn’t make it to Oct 1 without a sweatshirt on the bike since it was only 51 when I went out….and I got to 2400 miles yesterday so it looks like about 2700 for the year when I’m done…not a bad year but way under the record of over 4000…my back is locked in place again and that is causing some pain today and I hope that will get worked out on the bike….forgot to take painkillers before the ride yesterday and had cramps in my hands and feet so I won’t do that again….I think I may need to take a day off the bike soon since, for the first time this year, I really didn’t enjoy the ride and just wanted it to be over…and that makes it torture…the 25 mile an hour wind didn’t help, either….okay….need more coffee…oh, I do have a few things to do today but they’re not very interesting so I won’t talk about them…more later…
Trumps’s buddy Putin…
Well…I guess today we know what ole Trump thinks is a “strong leader” when he describes Putin…a “strong leader” that sends missiles into the Ukraine and orders a passenger plane with 300 people on board shot down just because it was flying over the country. That is the conclusion of an international investigation that was released yesterday…that the Russian government sent the missile launcher into Ukraine and on the orders of the Russian government, launched the missile that destroyed the plane…then recalled the launcher back to Russia. This is standard fare for Putin and if Trump were to be elected, the green light will be on for Putin to ramp up his terrorism in the former states of the Soviet Union…since it has been his stated goal to reconstitute it and put those countries back under Russian control…and when you know that, you know why Trump has been attacking NATO, the only protection these states have from Russia and Putin. Never in the history of our country has a presidential candidate spouted support for a violent dictator and told him that “if I am elected, go ahead and subjugate anyone you want, I won’t do anything about it”. Trump needs to explain…but never will….geez…
September 28th
Well….it was another busy day yesterday…at least in the morning since I had to work on the car, bleeding the clutch and greasing the caliper pins on the front brakes…not sure if I improved the clutch or not…felt okay yesterday but this morning it didn’t…so maybe I need another slave cylinder…the one in it is not leaking but there is something going on…and the rear shock on the bike fell apart when I got back here yesterday so I had to loctite it back together and I am curious how that is going to work….did the grocery run this morning and don’t understand how I can spend 60 bucks on nothing….oh, well….not in too much pain today but there will still be ibuprofen before the bike ride…it is too cold to go out in a t-shirt and I am hoping to get to Oct. 1 before I get the sweatshirts out….don’t have a whole lot to do today….have a pork loin in the oven slow cooking it again so there will be a good lunch…more later….
Trump’s rigged polls….
Well….if we didn’t know that Russia was meddling in our presidential election before, we do now with the revelation this afternoon that the Russians are rigging the online polls taken after the debate to falsely show that the idiot Donald won. All through the day today, Trump and his minions have been tweeting that all the polls except CNN (who did an actual poll that agreed with the focus groups that were run by republicans that Hillary crushed the idiot) showed that Trump won the debate…just one little problem with those polls…when research was done today on where the activity was from the “people” who voted for Trump, more than 90% of the addresses were from the St. Petersburg, Russia area…an area notorious as a hotspot for state sponsored Russian internet trolls who get paid to comment on any story etc, on the internet, and who the Russian government uses to build fake support for its policies. So, there you go, Russia is doing the same thing in our country and Trump and Fox propaganda are eating it up and doing the same thing that Putin does in Russia…using fake “information” to try to sway public opinion….I hope this comes up in the next debate…I want to know who in Trump’s campaign are collaborating with the enemy to rig the election and what they owe Putin for doing it….geez…
Debate wrapup…
Well…not sure if you watched the debates last night but if you didn’t, you missed a pretty sad spectacle of Trump getting gutted by Hillary and looking like an 8 year old compared to her. And, what the hell was it with all the sniffing? Trump sniffed like someone at the end of a 5 day coke binge…almost a hundred times in the hour and a half…now, if Hillary had done that, the entire right wing hate machine would be in overdrive pushing “questions” about her health. But, that was not even the worst of it for Trump, he essentially admitted that he does not pay federal taxes and he loves cheating people that do work for his companies…never have I seen such a lopsided debate…and I won’t be surprised if Trump skips the rest of them since Hillary is only going to get better and Trump is too damn lazy to prepare for the next two. To really understand how badly Trump did, even Fox noise said he failed his supporters and the country…Donald, when you’ve lost Fox propaganda, you’ve lost….geez…
September 27th
Well….it was a really busy day yesterday and I spent most of it in the car…had to meet up with a bunch of people yesterday and I made a bunch of cash so that was cool….was good last night and I shouldn’t have been with the debate on…but, that is one for another post that I will do later…have to do the normal stuff and work on the car first, though, going to grease the caliper pins and bleed the clutch first thing after I finish my coffee….the shifting was not as bad yesterday but I still think there is air in the line…or the slave cylinder is leaking again so I’ll check that, too….the allergies are really terrible this morning and I have started the day sneezing like crazy so there will have to be some medicine before I get on the bike today….other than that stuff…I am going to take an easy day today…don’t think I’m even going to cook…just use up the leftovers and then make another pork loin tomorrow….more later….
The debates start…
Well….not really sure if I’m looking forward to the debates that start tonight or not…after all, Trump has tried to rig the results by…well…almost too many things to name…starting with attacking the moderator saying he shouldn’t “fact check” anything he says…to lowering the bar for his performance to just continuing to breathe…and he has had so much help from the media to do that I’m not sure if there is any possible way that Hillary can win, even though everyone knows she will. I just can’t understand how anyone in this country can think that Trump is qualified for anything…and he shows his ignorance and hatred every day every time he opens his mouth…do people think that being a loutish asshole is qualification to be president? This country continues to sink to new lows as Trump supporters have been given a pass to reveal their true selves…and with that all dignity has gone out the window…I just shake my head…geez…
