Well…man, I feel pretty crappy today and I just started the coffee so that won’t work for quite a while….oh, I did lose at pool yesterday but it was nice to get out for a while….and the car really did need to be run up to temp since it had been sitting for a couple of weeks….my elbows were killing me last night and it was so bad that I took something for it…not sure what that is about but it is annoying….and my damn heel is still cracked and hurting….I think I may have to just take a day off and just hurt…cripes I’m getting old….didn’t get anything done yesterday but I do have to try to get something done today….the trash needs to go out and I need to clean the kitchen or the bathroom…I think I said that Sunday, too….oh, well….more later….

A couple of things…
Well….have been doing a little reading today and came on a couple of things that I wanted to talk about…first, have you read about the idiot trump’s schedule? Just read that he only works about 4 hours a day and watches tv and makes phone calls to his billionaire buddies the rest of the time…and, his days don’t even start until around 11…now, we all know trump is a lazy ass and has never really worked in his life, but this is a bit much…..or maybe it’s a good thing he doesn’t work too much…that way he can’t screw things up any more than he already has….I think all of the repubs that are running interference for the idiot boy should start thinking twice about their actions….Devin Nunes especially whose transparent attempts to derail the investigation are working up to witness tampering and obstruction of justice…and this applies to Lindsey Graham and Orrin Hatch who sent a letter to the justice department trying to get them to investigate the author of the Steele dossier…blatant witness tampering that should get the both of them locked up…new, we know how lawless repubs are, going as far back as Nixon and Reagan…but, with Mueller still investigating, these guys need to just shut up or they will be gone just as the idiot will be…impeach….
January 8th
Well….running on time this morning but still can’t get started again today….wasted another day yesterday and that is almost getting to be a habit…I did get to watch a bunch of sports and that was a good distraction so I wasn’t too bored….didn’t even have to cook with all of the leftovers and trying to keep the calorie count down to around a thousand for the day with not being on the bike…but, that might be a little too severe since I feel that I don’t have any energy…I didn’t win either of the two big jackpots over the weekend and that is a little disappointing….will have to check to see if I won anything when I go out for pool today…..not much to do to today…pool, but not much else…I need to clean the car off in a few minutes so it will be clear for this aft…..more later….
The gorilla channel….
Well….you know how I think that trump really is an idiot, and at times I take it a little too seriously…but this little revelation made me laugh out loud about how huge of an idiot he is….I think you will laugh along with me. The first night the idiot squatted in the WH, he bitched to his aides that his tv in his bedroom was broken because it didn’t have “the gorilla channel” on it…..the moron actually thought that there was a channel somewhere that only showed gorillas….so his staff put together a loop of documentaries of gorillas to beam into his bedroom….but, that wasn’t enough…trump didn’t like the programming since it didn’t show enough of the gorillas hitting each other…so then the staff edited them to only show gorillas hitting each other and he watches it sometimes for 17 hours a day…now, I’m not sure how much of this is true, but Comcast put out a tweet yesterday for people to stop calling to get the channel added to their cable packages….I find this funny anyway…..impeach
January 7th
Well…..another cold morning today but at least there was no ice on the car today…..didn’t even warm the car up this morning even though it’s only 13 degrees….slept okay last night but I am trying to figure out how I lose the covers every night…even though it’s 75 in here, it’s still cold without them….my elbows are not as bad today and I can actually move my left one without it popping and that is a welcome development….but, my heel is still hurting and I really do need to find out how to fix the cracks in it….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I’ll go to the bathroom today and maybe even the kitchen floor…not sure yet….there are some soccer matches on this morning that I’ll put on for some background noise but we’re in the dead zone of no sports I really care about…and that is going to make the day pretty boring…more later…..
A very stable genius…
Well…this one may be a little too easy but I have to do it…this morning the idiot in chief went off on another twitter rant that lasted quite a while, and in it, idiot boy ended his comments on the reports that he is,indeed, an idiot….by calling himself a “very stable genius”…after I stopped laughing hysterically, the first thing that came to mind was the old “Roadrunner” cartoons done by Warner Brothers that had the coyote hold up a business card that said: “Wile E. Coyote…Super Genius”…and I could imaging the idiot trump having the same kind of card made up to hand out….and I’ll end this with another line from another Warner Brothers character, Bugs Bunny…”what a maroon”…impeach…
January 6th
Well….running a little late today and just can’t get started…I do have a reason…T left for the Bahamas this morning and I got a text from her at 5 that she was at the airport and had already had her first beer….that made me laugh and made it hard to get back to sleep…I was already up so I guess it wasn’t that much of a reason….slept okay last night but feel slow this morning with the cough still here and my heel pain….just feel a little rickety….didn’t get a lot done yesterday other than cooking and today will be the same…I should do the bathroom and I might but who knows? Today appears to be the last day of the deep freeze we’ve been having here in GR…might even get up to 40 by Tuesday and that means I need to wash the car….the cold has been wearing on me and it will be good to have it be normal for a while…..not much to do today….soccer starts in a few minutes and I do need more coffee to get moving…more later…..
A little music…
Well…was going to do one on the conspiracy that it was just revealed that Sessions is part of…you know, that little thing called obstruction of justice? But, I think I’ll talk about something else first…as you know, I have been trying to broaden my topics some to keep my sanity (what there is left of it) intact, so I’ll just go off on a new direction. I wonder how many of you have gotten sucked into youtube? Had the Who’s “Eminence Front” running through my head all morning so I decided to go out and watch it…not just one but almost a dozen copies came up so I watched a few of those and then “Love Reign O’er Me” popped up so I had to watch a few of those. That led into some Steely Dan that kept me busy for almost another hour until I looked up and it was lunch time….then back to the tube for some Allman Brothers and found a copy of “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed” and then I had to just stop or I’d still be watching them now at almost two. Not a bad way to spend a couple of hours….and now I wait for Man U to play at 3…more later….
January 5th
Well….running a little late today…just can’t get started and that is becoming pretty normal….I do still have a little bug since my lungs are congested…or it could be allergies…who knows? I did get out to run some errands yesterday and I am thinking of going out to get the battery switch today but I’m not sure if I will…I did get my lottery tickets for tonight and tomorrow and if I win them both that will be close to a billion dollars….yeah, I can dream a little, can’t I? Having a little trouble keeping my skin from cracking this winter with the cold…my right heel is really bad and it hurts like crazy when I walk….and coping with that makes everything else hurt…damn, I’m getting old….not much to do today…I do need to clean a little but not until the coffee works more than it is now…more later…
It’s unanimous…
Well….just a short one on the shitstorm that came out of the WH and the idiot trump yesterday….it seems the idiot was offended when a writer who was allowed to wander around the WH for months and interview everyone has a new book coming out…and in that book it’s unanimous….everyone thinks trump is one of the stupidest people they have ever met.Terms like “moron”, “F*****g moron”, “breathtakingly stupid and ignorant”, and “functionally illiterate” were just a few of the terms they used that the writer is reporting when his book comes out next week. Now, I just can’t wait for the additional fallout from the thin skinned idiot reading more of it…and, get this…they just tried to sue the author to keep the book from being published….and that has shot the thing to the top of the Amazon pre-order list….it has just got to kill trump that he is the most hated person on the planet and that there is enough evidence to put him in jail for the rest of his life…just resign and run already….impeach….
