Well…running late this morning since I didn’t get up til 7:20….I guess the bitch about not sleeping in was a little premature….I did sleep okay last night but feel pretty slow this morning…don’t really want to get going right now and the coffee is not helping…had an okay day yesterday but didn’t do much…I was going to clean the bathroom but just didn’t get to it…I am going to try to do it today but I’m not sure I will….I did have a funny thought yesterday that I forgot to talk about…on the days that I have a new pot of coffee going, I have a smell based alarm clock that wakes me up….when the coffee maker starts, it always gets me up when I smell it at 6:30…okay, you know I’m weird…not much to do today…need to run an errand this morning but that is about it….I do have to cook today since there are no leftovers…think I’ll make some chicken since I am so tired of pork….more later…

Well…just a little short one on a review of the new Stargate tv show that just became available online…don’t bother with it…3 episodes that are each 10 mins long and the acting, writing, and everything else about it it just too amatuerish….not sure who the audience is for this dreck…but it is not for fans of the original Stargate…you can skip this one….

Well…as you know, and as it seems like every frickin day, 17 more people were killed yesterday as a domestic, white, terrorist attacked a high school in Florida….and who should be held responsible for this heinous act? According to the most vile person in the world, the idiot trump, is it the classmates and neighbors of the murderer, not the NRA who keep pushing for more and more lax controls of these military style weapons, not the chickenshit legislators in this country who suckle at the teat of the NRA and cower at the NRA’s money (much of which comes from Russia)…no, it’s teenaged kids who are at fault because they didn’t do something, something to stop themselves from being killed. This is the most vile thing I have ever heard, from the most vile person who has ever lived in this country…so now, instead of being teenagers and worrying about teenaged things, the idiot *president thinks it’s not his responsibility to keep our children safe, it’s not our legislators responsibility to keep our children safe, it’s our teenaged children who must take care of themselves and make themselves safe…this is one of the sickest things I have ever heard….no, trump, it is your fucking job to protect our children…it is the repubs in control of this government and you do nothing…you rip childhood away from every teenager in this country to keep the NRA happy while you do nothing….all of you fucking repubs should be ashamed of yourselves…okay…I know this is the first time I’ve ever used this kind of language here and I apologize to my readers if it has offended you..but I just can’t take this anymore…it is time to do something…my heart is broken…
It’s all connected…
Well…another day, another 17 dead in another school shooting…I am damn tired of writing about this crap…but, one thing popped into my head today in the way that only my brain can do…you remember a while back I wrote about how the Russians funneled over 50 million dollars through surrogates to the NRA that they then used to support repub candidates across this country…including just about all of the repubs that were running…and this morning it dawned on me that it is all connected….that the Russians are making sure that our streets are flooded with guns as part of their attack on the US that has been going on since I was a kid…that the cyber attacks, the support of Nazi groups here, and making sure that the school killings continue is all part of Putin’s plan to disrupt our society and keep us busy while he continues, with repub help, to undermine domestic society. This includes installing the idiot trump who has done his job to destroy our influence in the world so Putin and his cronies can step into the void that this withdrawal has created. We need to look at this as part of a huge conspiracy that the repubs are complicit in by not doing their jobs….it is not a standalone discrete event, but just another facet of the Russian attack on the US that all of our IC says is ongoing but trump and the rest of the repubs are ignoring…and that is treason, plain and simple….
February 15th
Well…running a little late today with the grocery run and having a real paper to read….slept okay last night and feel pretty good today and I hope that continues for the rest of the day….have been fortunate with the bugs this winter with just low level stuff but the flu is all around me and I sure don’t want to get it at this late date….I did get out and get my hair cut yesterday and even got a top down run in so that takes care of Feb….didn’t get much else done, though, and I need to change that today….I will need to cook with no leftovers in the fridge and I may even have the pizza that I have had in the freezer for a couple of weeks….not much to do today….I am going to do the bathroom and maybe even start tearing the old bike apart since I am going to order the new one next week and need to make room for it….more later…..
Trump opens mouth, more lies….
Well…god, how much longer do we have to listen to this two-bit liar every day? Just today, the idiot boy tried to take credit for GM closing down it’s Korean assembly plant, saying that they were closing it to move production back to the US…and trying to make it all about him in his deluded little mind…that all he had to do was be alive and every good thing that ever happens is due to him…one little problem…it’s another lie, lie, lie…..the only thing he got right was that yes, GM is closing it’s assembly plant in Korea, but it has not one damn thing to do with the idiot Donald…when asked, GM said it was a part of a restructuring of it’s Korean unit and no production from that plant is going to come back to the US….none…and yet, what is the media’s reaction to this blatant, deluded lie? Nothing but crickets and that is the problem, why aren’t they peppering Sarah the liar with questions at the WH daily briefing…or, why the hell are they even still going to it? The media gets nothing from it other than lies…they need to all walk out and just stop listening to the liars…geez….
Two things…
Well…if you got through that last screed, I have a couple more things to talk about today and one of them revisits the rampant corruption of almost everyone who is in the trump “administration”…a few months back, I talked about the blatant theft of services by David Shulkin, the Secretary of Veterans affairs when he took his wife and 8 other people on a European trip to talk about “veterans affairs” that was little more than a 11 day vacation that cost we taxpayers over $122, 000 dollars…and finally, the VA inspector general investigated and found an improper use of taxpayers funds and ethics violations by Shulkin’s chief of staff when she lied to ethics lawyers and altered and e-mail to make it look like it was a business trip….geez…is their no one in this “administration” that is not a frickin grifter whose sole purpose is to steal for their own benefit? Okay, so this is not going to be two things, but just one since the next one really will stand on it’s own….
Not sure I like being retired…
Well…as I sit here watching the Olympics, it finally hit me that I really don’t like the idea that I was forced to retire when I still wanted to work. The idea that I have nothing to add to any company galls me to no end, especially when on an almost daily basis, you see companies being quoted that they just can’t find qualified people anymore…well, I got news for you idiots, there are plenty of us out here that are qualified but YOU are the ones who are artificially restricting your pool of potential workers just because of the stereotypes that you have in your heads that all of us older workers are going to cost you more than newbies straight out of college…and that may be true since we do expect to be fairly compensated for our contributions, but there is one thing we don’t need, and that is to have our hands held and our egos massaged to keep us productive…we are well past that nonsense and just want an opportunity to contribute…I wonder if any hiring manager gives a crap about that…nope, that would make them have to think instead of just running resumes through the computers and rejecting every experienced worker….so, don’t cry me a river if you can’t find “qualified” people to fill your needs..you did it to yourselves….
February 14th
Well…running kind of on time today since it is before 7 am…that is getting to be kind of normal lately and I wonder why I can never sleep in….not sure what is going on with the cold but I am not feeling it today other than I feel a little warm….I’m hoping it’s the end of it today since I am not coughing right now and I have some energy….my heel finally feels like it is healing and it doesn’t hurt too much today…can even put weight on it without to much discomfort….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I am going to finally resign myself to being an Olympics slug for the next week and I am not going to feel guilty about it…one thing that is happening is my tv shows that go to the server are starting to pile up and it is going to take a concerted binge to get caught up…especially since many of them are coming back next week with new episodes…not much to do today…going to get my hair cut first thing and then I need to figure out what to cook today….more later….
trump does nothing….
Well…as we all know, the idiot trump is the laziest person ever to sit in the WH and really doesn’t do anything that a normal president would do…this laziness is starting to endanger the country and congress needs to do something about it…okay, that’s not going to happen but that doesn’t mean we should resign ourselves to just accepting the damage as being normal. Just today, the head of the FBI revealed that trump has not once asked any of the intelligence services to look into Russia’s attack on our elections or to put plans in place to stop them from doing it…yeah, I’ll repeat that…one of the most dangerous threats to our country is not important to the idiot…and I’m sure you can figure out why….the Russians still have the compromising info they use to control the idiot and keeping that quiet is more important to trump than the future of this country….the frickin definition of treason and yet the rpub congress does nothing….and to put an exclamation point of how stupid and dangerous trump is, we just have to look at his behavior when dealing with the Russians on the middle east…idiot boy has had 8 conversations with Putin that no one, no media or any other people in his administration has been able to listen in to….and now, trump has said that Putin “speaks for him” about the Palestinian problem and has left it to Putin to find a solution….how would this have played in the repub congress if Obama had abdicated his responsibilities to be president since he was just too lazy to put in any effort? When, repubs? When are you going to put the country first? Yeah, I know, never….impeach…
