Well…these are the “best” people? With the nomination of Gina Haspel to run the CIA, we are now going to have a war criminal who ran one of the CIA’s “black sites” running one of our intelligence agencies…a person who can’t even travel to Europe since there is a warrant out for her arrest for those war crimes at the Hague. How the hell did we get here? I know how… by the Obama administration not prosecuting these criminals when it was known what they had done…that they had tried to normalize torture by calling it “enhanced interrogation” and lying constantly that torture had worked to get vital information to protect the US….and, do you know the single factor that ties all of the torturers together? They are all repubs and all are walking free and still holding high level jobs in this “administration”….this has to end…and it has to end right now with the blocking of this war criminal from this job….geez…..
