Well…it’s been in the new a lot lately that the corrupt supreme court has let stand a new anti abortion law in Texas that lets private citizens sue anyone involved in helping a woman get an abortion even though it goes against the roe precedent that made abortion care legal….and the twist is that since private citizens are doing the enforcing, the state can’t be sued to overturn the law…too cute by half and that a non corrupt SC would have thrown out in a flash….so now that the SC has made this precedent, Gavin Newsome, the governor of California, is going to pass a new law that would allow any citizen to sue anyone who buys, sells, imports or possesses military style assault weapons such as the AR-15….if the repubs can take away a women’s right to choose, then the dems will take away the fake right to own these kinds of weapons. The court has gutted the supremacy clause in the constitution that says that federal laws are supreme to state laws with letting Texas get away with a law that is blatantly unconstitutional on a federal level so you can expect that dems will use this ruling in blue states that will smash the smug repubs in the mouth in where most of the population in this country lives…it’s about damn time the dems started to fight back with repub methods instead of just sitting there letting them ruin this country…good on ya, Gavin…geez….
