Well…this one won’t be of much interest to anyone but us soccer geeks…but Manchester United went into the lead in the EPL over Chelsea today with a 3-1 win over Tottenham….even without Wayne Rooney! Yay!!!

Good Game
Well…I may have been a little hasty in condemning Jimmy Howard. He won me over some when he takes a puck to the face, loses his helmet and mask, and still makes a great stop on the rebound! The rest of the team was much better, too, but still having lapses at times where it looks like they stop trying. The best thing was I won 11 bucks betting on the goals since Hank scored two!

Another day without DSl
Well…another day here at the coffee shops since my DSL that I have through TDS Metrocom is down…I just can’t believe that there is not one person in that company that can fix this problem. This is one thing that I can really work up an outrage for…but I need to get back home since Manchester United is playing….more later.
I’ve been sick…
It’s been a few days since the last somewhat lucid post, have been sicker than a dog….no not the brown bottle flu..and my brain has stopped working so maybe more tomorrow or Monday….come on back…oh, and I was wrong about Tom Coburn…he’s back to the old tricks..holding up unemployment benefits again under the guise of deficit fighting. Where was he when they took the U.S. from surpluses to deficits with tax cuts for the rich and fighting two wars that he never wanted to pay for but supported. Geez….
