Well…after the 2022 election and the blue takeover of our state, I had high hopes that we could return to normal and stop the repub bullshit that had polluted our political air here…and I was so happy that we have tough, capable women who live in the real world running the show here….and what you know you’ll never hear from any of them? Attacks on the LGBT community  or teachers…read this quote from Dayna Polehanki, the Education Committee Chair: “At this stop, we will not participate in the demonization of teachers or LGBTQ students, and we will not give credence to fake scandals or conspiracy theories. Let me be clear that those days are over for the next four years while I hold this gavel.” Notice that she covered all of the things that repubs would be doing if they would have taken control and that we see in every damn red state…so thank you Michigan voters for turning out and voting for sanity and making Michigan a better place to live…
