Well…with the news today that the idiot mccarthy is sending congress on a long vacation until the 5th of June…conveniently after the deadline for the debt ceiling essentially guaranteeing that the US will default on it’s debts and the one big thing that will happen is they will stop paying social security benefits and lots of older people who are almost broke all the time will go broke and many of them will be evicted…and yet these old people still keep voting for repubs…I wonder if this time will break them of that habit? I’m glad I’ve saved a lot of money that would get me through almost two years if SS stops….but I still feel for those who haven’t been able to do that because of high health care costs or other expenses….one other thing that this is going to impact is Medicare so I’ll have to put my cancer treatment on hold until the damn repubs stop trying to take this country hostage to give more money to the rich and corporations…and that is exactly what they plan to do…they already have a plan to be revealed in two weeks that will add trillions more to the debt by cutting those taxes again and they plan on paying for it by cutting everything that normal Americans depend on….and yet the old folks will continue to vote for them and put the entire world in peril from these idiots…geez…
