Well…just read an article that declared that the idiot trump doesn’t believe he is going to jail at all…and one of his lawyers is feeding into it saying “why should he be concerned…all the charges are fake”…and then went into something about the Presidential Records Act that doesn’t have anything to do with it…he wasn’t charged with violating that since it only says who handles the presidential records and codifies that the National Archives is the organization that takes charge of the records when a president leaves office…so she feeds into his delusion that he’s not really in any trouble even with 37 felony counts against him…I wonder when a lawyer of his is ever going to tell him the truth? That he is going to go to jail from these charges and that there are more coming from the January 6th and Georgia investigations….I hope they confiscate his passport and put an ankle bracelet on him for house arrest…and set his bail at least at 10-20 million dollars since he is a flight risk…can’t wait for the arraignment Tuesday…going to be watching that at 3…geez…

Let’s remember this…
Well…was just thinking about all of the repubs that have come out to protect the idiot trump from the consequences of his criminal behavior…and it dawned on me that Jack Smith has the January 6th investigation still going on…and that should scare the hell out of the 34 repub members of congress who Mark Meadows texted to coordinate the attack on January 6th….and the loudest of them Paul Gosar was in the middle of it…and mccarthy, and jordan…and I’m pretty sure Smith is going to charge whoever was involved in it…how about the 130 house repubs who tried to block the certifying of the election? I say charge them all with interfering with a function of government which is a felony…and then we need to keep the presidency so none of them can be pardoned…this is going to be an interesting thing to watch…tick tock…and remember, Meadows is cooperating with the investigations…geez…
37 counts…
Well…I was wrong in the last one that the idiot trump was charged with 7 felonies in the just released indictment…the reality is he was charged with 37 felony counts in this new indictment…so he is under 71 felony charges right now including the 34 in NYC….and there isn’t any way he beats them all…even if he is convicted on one count, he’s going to jail for at least 5 years and there is the possibility he spends the rest of his life in jail…and in Florida they have what is called the “rocket docket” that moves court cases along really quickly so this case could be the first one he goes on trial for…and his top aide was just indicted for many of the same charges just today so things are finally happening…and with how shitty he takes care himself, I’ll bet health problems get him before jail…a stroke or heart attack would do it…oh, and two of his lawyers quit today so who the heck is going to represent him with how well it’s known he’s damn impossible as a client…poor baby…geez…

Well…commence the dancing in the streets! The idiot trump was indicted on 7 felony counts in the stolen documents case yesterday…and these carry a total sentence of a hundred years in prison and should be a slam dunk for conviction since idiot boy already admitted to all of them as tried to bluster his way out of these serious charges…it is such a relief to see that the justice system still kind of works…there is no way the idiot is going to avoid prison just from these charges and there are more coming from the other jack Smith investigation into January 6th and idiot boy’s role in that…and then we have the Georgia investigation…oh, and remember the 34 felony counts for business fraud that he was charged with in NYC…I am so damn happy that this asshole who did untold damage to the US is going to get what’s coming to him…for the first time in his criminal life…geez…
I’m shocked…
Well…the SC just made a ruling that I thought I’d never see again in my lifetime….with the court allowing the repubs to cheat in drawing voting districts across the country, it was widely expected they would do the same in a case on gerrymandering in Alabama…but damn, I’m shocked that they ruled that the districts there have to be redrawn…it was a close 5-4 ruling but Roberts and Kavanaugh joined the real jurists to make the right decision…what the repubs did in Alabama was to take a majority black district and redrew it to eliminate that seat leaving the 25% of the population there with only one minority rep and making sure the new seat could only be won by a white repub…and I guess in this one instance, that was just too much cheating for the court…and with this ruling, a case in Mississippi that was on hold pending a decision will be redrawn along with districts in a couple of other states that should make taking back the house a bit easier in 24….I am still sitting here shocked…geez…
Mark Meadows flipped on trump…
Well…it was just reported that Mark Meadows has flipped on trump and is giving him up…Meadows is going to plead guilty to several federal charges and has been given limited immunity for his testimony…and let’s remember that Meadows was in every meeting that trump had as his chief of staff so he knows everything about idiot boy’s crimes…and the second part of that report is that Jack Smith is going to ask for trump to be indicted, possibly tomorrow and if that happens, I’ll be dancing in the street…I wonder how many of the 793 charges are going to be for trump? Happy days are here again….yahoo….
Another grand jury?
Well…it was just reported yesterday that a new grand jury has been meeting in Florida in regard to the handling of the stolen documents that the idiot trump took…other reporting says that Jack Smith is considering 793 charges in just this part of investigation that doesn’t include the attempt to overthrow the election results…that could be hundreds more charges in the offing…I really had my fingers crossed that we would see indictments this week but there are only two more days so it looks like next week is more likely…this looks like an open and shut case to me…after all, idiot boy admitted to taking them and obstructed the attempted recovery by the FBI…I guess we’ll all have to be patient for a little while longer and then savor the meltdown that will be coming when they finally do indict the idiot…I wonder if we should have a pool or something? Might be fun….geez…
Arrest the ass…
Well…normally, that title would signal that this one was going to be about the idiot trump but it really isn’t…this time the ass is ron desantis who is back to his game of spending taxpayers money fly asylum seekers to California, just as he did when he sent a planeload of people to Martha’s Vineyard and abandoned them there…but this time he may have chosen the wrong state since the AG in California is looking into charges for kidnapping and other felonies to bring against this moron…and a sheriff in Texas has filed a felony criminal complaint for the earlier stunt just today…so lets get moving and indict this punk and derail his delusion that he is going to be elected president…and his losing ways just keep going when a judge just today ruled that his bill outlawing transgender care is unconstitutional, saying that there are no facts in the bill but just dog whistles of hate and finding for a permanent injunction to keep it from taking effect…so desantis is just another right wing loser who has tried to codify hate and has failed spectacularly….geez…
It’s getting close…
Well..with the widely reported news that the idiot trump’s lawyers met with the DOJ today, the speculation is that the DOJ was informing them that they are getting close to indicting trump in the stolen documents case…and after that meeting, idiot boy went absolutely apeshit on his failing social media platform tweet out a bunch of all caps tweets that were nothing but lies and delusions…going back to the oldie but goodie that Biden has 8,500 boxes of documents stored in his garage next to his Corvette…the boxes with records of his time as a senator and as VP that were donated to the University of Delaware and that were handed over by the National Archive, following the rules for those records…but idiot boy is too stupid to know any of that and always projects his own crimes on everyone else…hoping for a perp walk for this one…they really should confiscate his passport since he is a flight risk sine that is the only way he is going to get out of this one and the coming indictments from Georgia….tick tock, trump…you’re going to jail…geez…
A little politics…
Well…have been pouring over all of the media that I read every day trying to come up with a political topic with no luck at all…okay, a little luck when I read about a new poll that states the phrase “adults in the room” has started popping up in comment in the polls…and it has started to move the needle toward the dems since Joe Biden got the debt ceiling threat taken care of and the repubs had their shiny toy of the debt ceiling taken away…oh, and Fani Willis has expanded her investigation that most pundits are saying signals a possible RICO charge for the idiot boy…and that is a minimum of 20 years in prison with a conviction…oh, and there is some rep from Colorado named Buck who thinks that idiot boy being indicted for 34 crimes so far and losing the 5 million bucks in the civil suit and facing all the rest of the coming charges is going to be good for him since it shows that idiot boy is “tough”….man, what the hell are these guys drinking? Geez…
