Well…with the latest revelations of unethical conduct by Clarence Thomas, the only solution is for him to go…just today reports all over the news say the Thomas has been taking what are in effect bribes from big repub donors in the form of travel holidays all over the world and not reporting them as he is required to by law. this is in addition to the bribes that his wife has been taking ever since Thomas was put on the bench by a repub president…and he still will not recuse himself from cases that involve these big repub donors that come in front of the SC…this type of behavior shows that there needs to be reform of the court and force them to follow the rules that every other judge has to follow…and there needs to be an easier way to remove corrupt judges from the court….instead of the 2/3 majority of the senate that will never happen….this kind of crap has to end or the entire justice system will fail….geez…

The big loser keeps losing…
Well…this has not been a good week for the big loser trump…after being arraigned on 34 felony counts yesterday, today we get word that his VP pence has decided to not appeal the ruling that says he has to testify to the grand jury in the January 6th investigation that Jack Smith is running…and that follows the ruling the other day that all of the inner circle of criminals that surrounded the idiot have to testify, too…no executive privilege so that means that mark meadows has to testify and he was in the middle of all of the conspiracy to overthrow the election…so the big loser keeps losing and this is getting pretty darn serious…I think we can look for at least another 30 charges from this probe and then we still have the theft of documents charges to come…so once idiot boy goes to prison, he’s never getting out….
34 counts of fraud…
Well…the day finally came where idiot boy was arrested and arraigned on 34 felony counts of business fraud by falsifying records to hide payments to two women before the 2016 election…and this fraud is part of what got him “elected”…and this is not even the most serious charges that are coming…after Jack Smith gets done with him he is going to be indicted again and charged with all kinds of crimes about January 6th and his stealing of classified documents…so this 34 counts is just a placeholder for me…the big stuff is coming and his lawyers won’t be able to laugh it off as they did today…tick tock….geez…
What the hell was 60 Minutes thinking?
Well…I am shocked that 60 Minutes would put MTG on it’s show for a softball interview that legitimized her frickin craziness and never pushed back on her lies and bullshit…I mean Leslie Stahl just let her continue to lie about dems calling all dems “groomers” and “pedophiles” and not once calling her out on her statements that dems should be killed just for being dems and that “Jewish space lasers” were the cause of the wildfires in California…this is so damn dangerous to mainstream the far right…and now, all of the independents who watch the show are going to think that she’s not too bad when she really is that bad, the worst sort of politician who only fuels the outrage on the right and doesn’t do anything for her constituents…but not one question about that like: “what legislation have you written to help the people who elected you?” See, that’s not too hard and I thought of that one off the top of my head…Stahl has been useless for years now and 60 Minutes should just go off the air if they are going to normalize these far right insurrectionists who tried to overthrow the government…not one question about that by the way, when Marge was in the middle of January 6th….what a worthless piece of trash…geez…
The judge needs to gag idiot boy…
Well…Tuesday after idiot boy gets arrested and arraigned, he is planning on doing a “press conference” at his tacky Florida golf club and I am surprised that none of his lawyers have told him to shut the hell up…after all, quite a few ex prosecutors have already said that his attacks on Alvin Bragg are right on the line of obstruction of justice and I hope Bragg is watching and will load up another charge to go with the 34 that are in the indictment…but the thing that has to happen is the judge putting a gag order on everyone who is involved in the case…and that would include idiot boy who needs a gag more than anyone in this country…and if I were the judge I would tell the idiot that if he keeps up his bullshit, he can sit in jail until the trial…that would be delicious…but he probably won’t…and that is a little disappointing….oh, well…I really do think that no one should cover the idiot’s blather Tuesday…what would be newsworthy in it…nothing…geez…
Our people are the problem…
Well…look, I’ll admit I’m an old white guy and most people would see me as a prime supporter of the repubs by how I look…and it astonishes me how people like me can see the repubs wanting to cut the programs that keep us old white people alive and say “I need me some of that” when voting…and the only reason that any repub gets elected is that old white people vote for them…is it a mass delusion that most of my peers do that? I don’t think so…I really think it’s the propaganda that washes over our group from fox and the other right wing “news” sources that pollute the environment…and I think it started with right wing talk radio that, if compared to the news now, was just a little right wing…and then, gradually over time, began to slide rightward and rightward dragging the listeners/viewers with it with it’s miasma of hate and faux patriotism…after all, if Rush says it, it must be the truth, right? I even listened to Rush when he first came on the air and that was before fox or even the internet…but as he slid into all hate all the time, I realized what he was and it probably made me even more progressive…back to the premise…it’s white people who have done all the damage to this country that has been inflicted by repubs…so I think we should use the same tactics the right uses to win over the voters…after all, when people are polled on dem policies but they are not told they are dem policies, they love them and support them…and we need to connect the policies to dems running for office and make sure that people know the damage the repubs do…I know, pretty simple but hard to do with billions of dollars being spent on repub gaslighting and lies…geez…
Alvin Bragg is not screwing around…
Well…with the repub criminals in the House trying to do everything they can to derail the trump investigation and indictments, Alvin Bragg is not screwing around with pushing back on their bullshit, telling them that they have no authority to question a state prosecution and going so far as telling gym jordan that he is inching up on obstruction of justice if he keeps it up…as you remember, jordan demanded all of the investigation materials that Bragg had on trump and Bragg schooled him that no such thing was going to happen…and now it’s been revealed that the idiot trump has been working with jordan and kevin mccarthy to coordinate the attacks on Bragg and the investigation…and that’s like having Al Capone coordinate with members of congress to attack the DA who put him in prison for tax evasion….the one thing you never hear from the righties is that idiot boy is innocent…since it is obvious he isn’t, so they just want to work the refs and public opinion to make sure he gets off…and that is un American…geez…
Trump indicted…finally…
Well…not a lot of detail out there yet but finally, the NY grand jury has indicted trump for his part in the hush money campaign finance violations…a felony that is going to land him in jail and this is just the first one…yay, yay, yay!!!!!
The Mouse wins…
Well…I guess ole desantis thought he could bully the mouse in Florida after they objected to his “don’t say gay law” that prohibited any mention of the LGBTQ community in schools down there…and he loaded the board that ran the area that Disney is located on with his cronies and they were going to punish Disney by taking control of development in the Disney owned properties away from them…but, he didn’t figure that Disney would have a plan to thwart that bullshit, and they did by having the board still controlled by Disney vote to give all the power and control to the Disney corporation in perpetuity…leaving the desantis board with nothing to do but take care of the roads and sewers…and now the whining and threats start but do you think a corporation with the deep pockets like Disney doesn’t have the best lawyers in the biz while desantis has the second string repub lawyers who only know how to whine? And whine they are…and it make me laugh…it just shows how out of his league desantis is…and it make me smile that he got slapped down…geez…
Repeal the second amendment…
Well…another day another 7 dead from a school shooting and the repubs all have their talking point working that “there is nothing that can be done” and I disagree…the second amendment has outlived it’s usefulness and should be repealed…if kids have to go to school in fear of their lives every day and the repubs won’t do anything about it, it’s time to repeal the second amendment…just get rid of the damn misinterpreted thing…it was never intended to mean that anyone can have and carry any gun they want anywhere they want…it was a product of the time when it was written when there was a fear of standing armies and the misuse of them that had happened all over Europe…and it only authorized a “well regulated militia” not any yahoo being able to carry an AR-15 anywhere but the NRA and the repubs stacked the courts with right wing ideologues that expanded the amendment to mean something that no court until this one thought it did…an unlimited “right” to whatever guns anyone wants…so let’s start work on getting rid of the second amendment…other amendments have been repealed before and this one can be, too….geez…
