Well…I wonder if today is the day I can get back to my normal routine? Haven’t been able to do that all week and I am damn worn out from it…and I am sore from the cleaning yesterday but need to get going right now…up at 5am again and that is a new normal that I don’t like…one of these days I’m going to take a sleeping pill to get a few more hours in to break the cycle…I do have errands to run this morning…need to hit the city offices to pay my taxes and the water bill…drop the house insurance bill off at the post office, and then get more books at library…I am looking forward to the Olympics starting tomorrow and that will give me something to watch for a couple of weeks…not sure if I’m going to have to shovel the alley today to get out and make sure I can get out to have the stitches removed tomorrow…so damn tired of worrying about that…not much to do today…I do have to cook today and think I’ll make another pizza to use up the green pepper and ham that is in the fridge and then maybe make a bean burrito…and that will carry me though the weekend…more later…

Well…I was really looking forward to getting back into my routine today but that didn’t happen after my brother called me while I was doing the grocery run to ask where I was…I thought cleaning out the SIL’s house was going to happen next Wed but it was today and I just got back here…so just the weight work and one ride today before that…still drinking coffee but need to switch to water soon…got the entire house cleaned up and the microwave removed so we can change it out along with the fridge and washer and dryer next Wed…I did get a couple of Ryobi tools that I can really use…a small hand vac and a hand held air compressor that both run on the one plus batteries I have to the other tools…so I’m set now…oh, and I got a pipe snake that I have been needing to do the bathroom drain…so a pretty good day so far…but I am exhausted…have the laundry going and now I want to read a bit…

Well…you know life has gotten weird when you get up at 5:23 and it feels like sleeping in…and it really is after getting up at 3 and then 4 the past two days…and it does feel good to be back home and into my routine but I need to get off my butt and get the weight work started and on the bike before the grocery run…I think I’ll bury the car today with how bad it was trying to get it to the garage yesterday but I guess we’ll see…the all star race was postponed til today so I’ll have something to watch as the nascar season starts…only two days until I get my stitches out and I can’t wait to be able to shave that part of my face again…almost ran the electric shaver over it but that would remove the stitches too early…going to have a bagel for breakfast this morning but need to get my teeth in first and have more coffee…more later…

Well…got home around 5:30 and I flew on the e-way since they were clear and dry…and damn, it’s nice to be home and getting settled in again…had to shovel the snow and make coffee and ice and put all the stuff way..it’s pretty cool that my laptop automatically reconnected to the wifi so I didn’t have to do anything…and to sit here on my comfy couch that I love to read on is just going to be nice tomorrow…I do have to do the grocery run tomorrow and I’m going to hit DD for some 30 oz self rising pepperoni pizzas for 1.99 and see if there is anything else I can use…okay, time to watch tv…

Well…it’s about noon right now and I’ll be heading home around 5pm or so but I still need to take Art out for another walk about 3 or so and make up another batch of food for him…then pack all my crap up and get it in the car…going to warm it up around 4:30 or so…I did go out and shovel here since they haven’t done it in a while and I do need to shovel at home since there was quite a bit of snow before I left to come here and it’s snowed another 6 inches since then…and I need to get on the bike and take a shower before 7 so I can settle in for a normal night…still need to make the grocery list for the grocery run tomorrow and I’ll need to hit the library but maybe not til Friday after my stitches get removed…still have a thick book to finish…can’t wait til I can get back to my routine…two one ride days in a row are not good for me…

Well…I made it here and now I’m set up with the laptop and coffee in my comfy clothes so I’m going to take it easy for a bit…up at 3am this morning and couldn’t get back to sleep so I’m going to be dragging later and may even attempt a nap this aft…Art is a little upset since this is the first time that my son and DIL have both been gone but I think he’ll survive it…the trip over here was a chore with slick roads and I couldn’t get over 60 with the traffic and snow but it’s supposed to stop snowing this morning and then no more until Thurs so the trip home is going to be okay…and Toni is getting back tomorrow night so I can take off after I feed Art at 5…so now I’m just going to sit here and read for a bit…

Well…damn, this not sleeping is starting take everything out of me…up at a little after 3 this morning and the stress of the next two days is taking it’s toll…need to still pack a few things and get the weight work and a ride in before I start the car at 6:30 to warm it up before I take off at 6:45…it’s snowing so it may be a little slick but with it being in the upper 20’s the salt should work…can’t wait to get back here Tuesday and get my routine working again…I can’t believe how much I packed for just two days away…have my electronic bag, my clothes bag, and my food bag that I need to take along with all of the stuff I need to maintain this old body…have started the coffee and will take the rest of it in two Contego cups along with a container of milk since I still want that with food…need to get going and get on the weight work…will do another one or two of these once I’m settled in in GR…more later…

Well…I did get off my butt and got everything done before Man U started at 9…had to do two rides today since I’ll only do one per for the next two days with being in GR hanging with Art…I do have to take a lot of stuff with me so I’ll have food for the two days along with all the chargers for my electronics and warm clothes for walking Art…still darn cold here at 7 degrees but at least it’s not snowing so I won’t have to shovel today…have to reset my emby channels since they all disappeared last night and that is a pain…at least it’s working today so I can watch soccer…and I’ll start rebuilding it at halftime…

Well…damn, it’s cold out here at 1 degree but I expected that with it being clear with a full moon overnight…up at 5:04 again today and that is still the pattern and I know I don’t like it one bit…haven’t really slept much this year so far and I sure hope this doesn’t continue…need to prep and get stuff ready for being gone for two days and I’m already looking forward to getting back here Tuesday…after everything that has been happening, I just want to be left alone for a few weeks to do what I want which is nothing…just feeling old but need to get moving soon to be done with the rides before Man U plays at 9…and it’s a little strange that I’m sore everywhere today and I know it’s from having to sleep differently and not on my incision…it is healing okay but I do want the stitches out…not much to do today…just the normal stuff that I need to get started on soon but I need more coffee first…more later…
