Well…it was an okay but wasted day yesterday and I feel a little guilty about it….just didn’t feel well most of the day but I feel okay today…there was ice on the car this morning and that is just wrong for the middle of May….where the heck is spring? Just haven’t seen much of one so far this year…maybe this week? Slept okay last night and woke up with no soreness since I skipped the bike ride yesterday and I think I may do the same today…only supposed to be around 50 today and I just don’t want to be cold anymore…and, I’ll have to wait until after the final Man U game today that comes on at 10….so right now, the F1 race is on and I want to watch it so I think I’ll go back to the couch….not much to do today…going to clean a little but that is about it…..more later….
