Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I didn’t get much done…again…I did find a new marinade recipe for pork loin that I am going to try today and let it set in the fridge until I cook it tomorrow…slept pretty crappy last night with being good but I did find that using earplugs make my congestion worse for some reason….so, I think I’ll try a few days without them….had really bad pain in the top of my right forearm that I thought was going to be the pain for the summer but it is better today and I’m not sure what the heck is going on…..just an overall stiffness that is in my neck and entire upper body today that was pain yesterday so maybe it’s getting better….not much to do today…going to have lunch with T and then back here to watch the last Man U game….and I am going to clean some today to get a start on the kitchen…more later….
