Well…woke up feeling pretty good today with much less coughing…right now…and hope that it is done….feel okay but had a damn spider in my bed last night that woke me up and I lost a good hour of sleep from it…oh, well….might even feel good enough today to get the kitchen floor cleaned and the rest of the stuff I have been putting off since Saturday….but, I won’t be running any errands today…well…maybe..since it is cold out there with wind gusts of 40 but I do want to get some cheap chicken from Aldi’s so maybe I will later…can’t ride the bike today but I can work out so that will be first on the agenda for the day…after coffee, that is…and I just poured the first cup so that will be a while….for some reason my hands hurt today and I think it may be from the double gloves on the bike…they hurt like crazy while I was riding and I had huge cramps the entire ride….more later….
