Well….it was kind of a productive day yesterday with errands and the kitchen cleaning…and today I’ve already gotten the grocery run completed and it’s not even 8 yet….slept good again last night but tossed and turned all night and my bed looks like it…..not sore anywhere today and that is weird considering how I’ve felt lately….it looks like the bike is done until spring with the forecast I see for the next ten days or so…the snow will make the trails impassible for me so I guess I’ll just settle in for the winter…got up so late today that I didn’t even get my morning water in or the couch transition that I normally get…so, I am pouring the coffee in right now and think I still need to wake up…I did kind of sleep walk through the grocery run and I hope I got everything I had on the list…more later….

Oh, and Chelsea lost yesterday so that will make me smile today…
