Well….it was quite a wasted day yesterday and there was no pool so I didn’t win or lose….and I didn’t get anything done so the guilts were strong all day…and today appears to be starting the same….didn’t ride the bike yesterday and I’ve already decided to not ride today since it is snowing and I don’t want to be cold…have had a weird pain in my back and I’m not sure how I hurt it….it’s that same mid back pain that feels like a strain that I had earlier and I can live with it with a little ibuprofen…I do have to get some things done today but that can wait for a little while while I have some coffee and watch a movie…well…kind of watch a movie…it’s running in the background as noise while I think a bit…..I am going to get to some work done around here today and cook some chicken for lunch…and the bathroom is calling but I am shifted into low gear right now so that will have to wait for a while….more later…
