Well…didn’t come back for a second one yesterday, as you can see, and it was just because I was giving my brain a rest day…with everything going on, I just needed to not think about anything…slept okay last night and even had a short term dream that I really don’t remember…my heel is finally not hurting anymore and I think that will help my back as I get back to walking normally…..I am closing in on ordering the new bike this week and the weather looks like I may even be able to get out on the old one before that…going to be 50 today and 60 tomorrow with lots of rain so that may clean the trails enough to get out…and, I really do need that….not much to do today…not going to even attempt to clean but I may start taking the old bike apart to make room for the new one….more later….
