Well…that was a Sunday to remember…my stomach has been worse than it’s been in a long time and I had to eat zantacs like candy all day…and it’s still hinky this morning but it is better….not sure what the heck is going on…thought it might be from not eating enough but it’s never been this bad from that….slept okay last night but have no energy right now so it will be another one of those days where I ease into it…okay, my stomach just got worse and I think I’ll get started with some antacids and maybe some toast to see if I can settle it….with feeling so crappy, I didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks the same….just going to have coffee right now and see where my stomach goes….more later….
