Well…I guess it’s one of the effects of not sleeping again is that I’m here this early…I mean it’s not even 6:30 yet….how can I be bored this early? Oh, well….had a nice day yesterday with a top down run out and back to pool…oh, and I won for the first time in a few weeks…my stomach has settled down and I’m not sure what the problem was…still feels a little weird but it’s okay….I think I’ll have to continue to eat more to try to avoid it getting bad again….and the soreness that normally comes with the miles piling up on the bike is starting to move around…my right shoulder tendons are the starting point this year and my hands have been bad, too, so I’ll have to remember to take the ibuprofen before the bike today…and, I need to get out early with rain all around but not here right now…and, I need to clean up some here with C coming into town this aft….more later…
