Well….running a little late today and just can’t get started…again…I hope it’s not from getting old….slept okay last night and didn’t get up until almost 7 so that is sleeping in to me…still have cramps in my calves this morning so I may have damaged them on the bike yesterday….haven’t taken any ibuprofen for over a week now and that will change today…and yesterday was my left calf and that never hurts…I wonder if pain is going to be normal as I get older….I did order a new pool cue case last night after Tom’s new carbon fiber cue popped into my head…the old one is 46 years old and I am tired of repairing it….and it only cost 23 bucks so I couldn’t pass it up…I did get some cleaning done yesterday but I’m not sure about today…going to have lunch with T and that may set me on a vegging path…more later….
