Well…running early again today and I wonder if 5:37 is the new permanent wake up time..I sure hope not but it’s been edging that way for quite a while now…I did sleep okay last night but I am noticing a slide back to the tossing and turning that used to frustrate the hell out of me…and I’m not sure what to do about it…I did get a bike ride in yesterday and froze my fingers so I need to re think the gloves that I am wearing…and I’m not sure when I’ll get out today…going to wait for it to warm up some so that will probably mean after noon…I did figure out how to get the water out of the top yesterday and it was just a matter of putting it down…that after I worked for a day trying to dry it….now I just need to get the thing sealed so it won’t leak anymore…but, it needs to finish drying first…I do have a turkey breast brining to cook in the instant pot today and I think I’ll do that for lunch…going to cook it in the pot and then slather it in butter and roast it in a hot oven to get the skin crispy…I think this will be a test run for t-day but I want a whole turkey for that and I know that won’t fit in the pot…the 7 pound breast I have barely fits….I may just take the day off and just cook and clean around here…and watch races and football…more later….
