Well…just can’t get started today and my shoulder is hurting again so that is disappointing…and I didn’t sleep for crap and that makes me a little grumpy to start the day…part of that might be that I know I won’t be getting on the bike today with all the rain we are going to get…raining right now and as far out to the west as the radar can see so I may plan to run some errands this morning instead…I am going to try to get back to the weight machine but with the pain I’m having, I’m not sure if that’s a good idea….I did get some cooking done with a new batch of turkey soup in the instant pot and it came out good but needed more carrots…I’ll have to adjust that the next time…didn’t get anything else done other than a little cleaning and I’m not sure if I’ll get to anything today…might have pool this afternoon and it will be good to get out to do something after a couple of weeks of just hanging out here….but, I need coffee now and to read some news….just feel exhausted right now and need to not think…more later…
