Well…my fitness program was interrupted today when my weight machine finally broke…or a cable on the machine broke as I was doing pull downs with 150 pounds on it…when it broke, it released all the pressure I had on my back and legs and I ended up hyper extending my left leg, hurting my hamstring and the ligaments in the back of my knee along with my calf…I could barely walk on it when it happened but I was able to get on the bike and keep it warm so it didn’t freeze up on me…but, it still hurts and I am a little irritated that the damn machine only lasted 15 years of almost daily use…yep, that was a little joke…I have a plan to fix it by splicing in a new piece of cable Monday…have been thinking about how to fix it ever since the cable started to fray quite a few years ago and it shouldn’t cost more than 10 bucks so that will be cool….
