Well…darn, what a wasted day…with all of the rain, I didn’t get on the bike either inside or outside today and that sucks pretty much…so that sets me up for needing a triple tomorrow and it looks like the weather will cooperate with the temp getting over 50 by 8am so I’ll be able to get two in tomorrow morning and then one and the recon ride in the afternoon….and I didn’t do any work around here but drill one of the bottom roller shafts on the garage door so I could put a pin in it to keep it from pulling out every couple of days and making lots of noise….so we’ll see how that works out….I do have to get some grass seed planted out in the front of the house along with the two types of perennials  I bought to try to fill beside the blocks that lead to my mailbox….and I want to use up the rest of the sunflower seeds to plant all over the yard just to see if any of them come up….going to line the east side of the house since I need to water the grass seed out front anyway and then I can keep them watered, too….and I’ll probably throw a couple in the back to replace the three that the animals ate….oh, I did try the new chicken slabs that I got today and they are pretty good…baked them in a little olive oil until they browned up and then made a sandwich with lettuce and tartar sauce…and at 38 cents each, it’s a cheap meal that only takes about a half hour in the oven….lots of cheap food this week and I’m going to have to find room for the 3 pounds of burger that I need to store in the freezer…I am going to have an olive burger tomorrow and then make some sloppy joes over the weekend so a little variety to break up the chicken, chicken, chicken I have been cooking…
