Well…happy summer solstice….at 5:14 this morning, the sun started it’s trip back to the south and we will have the most sunlight of any day this year….but it was a 4:21 morning this morning and I’m not sure if I can keep up only getting about 4 hours of sleep a night…I feel okay this morning but need to get moving and get on the bike before 7 so I can get two rides in before I have my dentist appointment at 10:30….and that starts the long journey of getting my teeth fixed so I can arrest any more damage and try to get rid of the pain…and that is going to cost 400 bucks out of pocket even with insurance but I planned on that so no big deal…they did start putting the dredged sand on the beach the other day and extended the beach by about 40 feet wide and 100 feet long and it looks like it’s the first of many applications but I’m not sure how long the extension will last with some big wave action….not that we are going to get any…no storms or even rain in the forecast out here for the next two weeks so I’ll be spending money on water today…going to hit verizon thurs to give them one last chance to give me a better deal before I switch to another carrier to save money and get a new phone….then all I’ll have left to do this week is find a doctor and get my checkup scheduled….and I think that will be tomorrow since I want to watch the hearings today at one….not much to do today…just the bike rides, dentist and hearings and I think that will be enough for the day…this dental work is going to hurt so I don’t know how I’m going to feel after it….more later….
