Well…Just got a call from my doctor with some good and bad news…he agrees with me that all my bike riding could skew the results of my PSA test and has scheduled another one for Feb 3rd of next year…the bad news is I have to stay off the bike for two weeks before it…yep, me off the bike for two weeks…damn, that is going to be hard…but necessary…so I have to figure out how to get exercise for that two weeks…I think I’ll get a pair of walking shoes and start training for the UK trip then…I am glad it’s in the winter where I usually only ride inside 4 days a week so that’s only 8 times off the bike…I wonder if it will screw things up if I double up before that…probably shouldn’t since I’m riding twice a day now…think I’ll have to cut down to one meal a day for that two weeks….it will be interesting to see just how much not riding changes the results…
