Well…if it wasn’t bad enough that I’m going to have two teeth removed tomorrow, this day just keeps getting worse as it goes along…when I got back here from getting groceries, I decided to get an outdoor ride in so I hopped on the bike and took off even though the wind is blowing about 15…so, I got out to the beach and headed back when the bike just felt too hard to pedal even though I was going into the wind so I reached down to feel the back tire and it couldn’t have had more than 15 lbs in it and I was almost 5 miles away from home…so I went as hard as I could to get as close to home as possible before it went flat and made it back here before it was totally flat but it still hurt like crazy to do it and it’s going to hurt even worse tomorrow…luckily, I had a new tube downstairs and I found 3 pieces of thin steel that looked like staples stuck in the tire and one of them just missed the tube protector and punctured the tube….so the crappy day is continuing…and I think I’d better eat everything hard today sine I won’t be able to anymore after tomorrow…crap, and double crap….
