February 19th

Well…damn, you could almost set a clock to my wake up time over the past few days…up at 5:04 again this morning but laid in bed til 6:43….might have slept a bit in that time but had no dreams so it doesn’t count….I think I’m going to have to eat more today since I feel so worn out this morning and I’m running on fat reserves that my body has a hard time using…not going to get on the bike before Man U plays at 9…or maybe I will…not sure right now since it’s only 7:30 I could get on by 8 an still do the ride and get a shower in before 9 but don’t I deserve a day off? Leaning toward that with how I feel right now…but, I’ve got the whole day so I may feel more like it later….didn’t get a lot done yesterday other than ride the bike and today looks the same…I do have to cook today so I’m going to do some chicken thighs, baked potato, and some green beans and still try to keep my calories around 500….a thigh is 150, half a baked potato is about 100 and the beans are also a hundred and with a glass of milk, that will make it about 450 calories…then I can have an orange this afternoon for about another 100 and I can live with that…I did buy some new spices that I want to try on the chicken so that will be fun…not much to do today…I do need to ease into it and have more coffee as I wait for Man U to start at 9….more later…
