Well…that was better…went to bed at the normal time last night and only woke up twice…at 1:40 and 5:07…then stayed in bed til 6:17 after I smelled the coffee…had dreams all night and that was cool…it was about inventing a new game that changed every time you played it and all players had input on what would change as the game evolved…yeah, have no clue where that came from…have never been into RPG’s but I’ll take it…probably why I feel refreshed this morning…it looks like the rides will be indoors today with a line of storms coming in  here in a half hour or so…it will be warm enough to go outside but after the pain I got from the wind yesterday, I don’t want to compound that today….and I have a teeth cleaning at 2 this afternoon so I need to be done by one or so…I may be able to put the top down on the car going to the appointment but will have to seal the car up while I’m there with forecasts of rain and storms all day….it was pretty funny moving the heating pad on me all night last night to hit the five spots of pain I had from the ride…even my right knee started to hurt and that never happens….but no pain this morning so the heat must have worked…not much to do today….just need to read some news and have coffee right now and get on the bike by 8….second night of being good has me feeling okay today but I may break that tonight…or maybe not, who knows?
