Well…damn, my legs hurt worse today than they did yesterday and I am stiff to go along with it…didn’t keep me off the bike today but both rides were inside…but, I did almost stopped when I started the first ride it hurt so much…all from shucking walnuts and doing yard work…damn, it’s a pain getting old…I did get some work done in the kitchen today and now have a clean microwave, steel table, and one counter…so tomorrow will be the other counter and the stove top along with the fan hood…it looks like I won’t be getting outdoors on the bike anytime soon since it’s going to be damn cold out here starting today when it never got over 37 and it’s already down to 27 and it’s not 7 pm yet…oh, well…have been getting some birds on the feeder already but most of them are noisy Bluejays that are pigs and I’ll have to fill it again tomorrow…now it’s time to try to find something to watch over on netflix…there’s an Italian mob series that looks promising so I’m going to start with that…
