Well…my sleep patterns have gone wonky again after having some relatively normal nights…up at 2:34 today and then out of bed at 6:35 and I really never got back to deep sleep after the first wake up and that sucks…going to be worn out all day…didn’t get much done but the bike rides and cooking the big ham yesterday and I do want to make potato soup today to use up the veggies and some of the ham…but I still have leftover chicken that needs to be used for one meal….and I need to keep my calorie intake under 1K to continue to lose weight so that’s a conundrum….man, I’ve been cold for the past few days and I can’t figure that out…have had the heating pad on me just to get warm and I wonder if it’s related to restricting calories…looks like the rides will be indoors today since it’s not going to get out of the 30′s and that will continue until later in the week….not much to do today…just making the potato soup and the rides but I should clean the bathroom and I just might…who knows? more later…
