Well…after being busy for almost a  week, I finally had an easy day today…just did the two bikes rides and weight work and then read quite a bit this afternoon…did get a call from  my doctor to set up a follow up appointment on May 3rd for updates on the surgery and I need to have another PSA test done before that but that is already scheduled so I’m ready for that…didn’t get outside on the bike today with the rain happening all day and now wind is being added for tomorrow…along with snow…we even had a 20 minute snowstorm out here today that left 2 inches that melted in about a half hour…weird, weird weather…but it starts getting better Friday and continues to Tuesday with even some 60′s in there…it’s about time…
