Well…it’s been a pretty crappy day today with not feeling well at all and the rain still stayed away…again…while it has been raining all day just a little south of here…and I had a flat on the bike where the valve stem just blew out of the tube…luckily, I had two new tubes in the cabinet and now I’ll have patching material to repair the other 4 that are downstairs…not sure why I feel so lousy but I know part of it is my allergies being so bad and I guess the other part is still not eating enough and I know that not being able to taste anything has something to do with that…and eating spoiled food since I couldn’t tell that the potato salad had gone bad and ate some of it…it did have an off smell to it but I only made it Sunday and it shouldn’t have gone bad that soon…I still did 33 miles on the bike today but felt bad doing it…probably should have taken it easy today…oh, well…there’s always tomorrow….
