Well…yep, I do need 100 spf sunscreen…went out today with just the 50 on at 11am for the third ride and my arms are scorched…my neck even feels like it too so I’m going to run out to Meijers in the morning to see if they have any 100…if not I’ll have to order it from amazon along with the parts for the black bike…I did get the earplugs I ordered and I like them but won’t have to use them for a while since the lawn stopped growing with the 16 days of no rain…so another year of losing the lawn and that is a pain…went a little too low on calories yesterday and was so dizzy that I could barely get off the couch this morning…and I may have done that again today and I really do need to take that seriously with all of the riding I do…I did get over 5,700 miles so I’m down to only 400 more miles to break my record and then another 1,000 to grind out to get to the 7,100 goal…I had thought of another goal that made sense but I forgot what that was so I’ll have to think about it for a bit…but right now I need to try to find something to watch for tonight since Svengoolie has a movie on that I’ve seen lots of times….so I think I’ll do that right now…
