Well…another night of not much sleep but I was able to stay in bed until almost 6…still pretty worn out and I’m wavering on riding indoors to start the day…if I do, I need to get going in 10 minutes or so and I just poured the first cup of coffee so the math doesn’t work out…I do need to do the grocery run today but just at Meijers and Aldis…no deals at DD today…I’m under 300 miles to get to my goal on the bike for the year so I guess a 25 mile day wouldn’t hurt too much…I’m not sure what the post goal riding is going to look like but I do know I need to cut calories if I cut back on riding…but how do I do that when I’m already under 1,500 calories for the day? One less ride would mean taking 600 calories out and I can’t live on 900 calories a day…oh, well…it only got down to 72 last night but the weather is going to change with highs down into the 70′s next week…and lows back in the 40 to near 50…I just want the humidity to drop…tired of being damp all the time…not much to do today…just the grocery runs and rides but I do need to cook today…have some chicken thighs marinating but I’m not sure if I’m going to grill or not…more later…
