Well…after the 11am call from the doctor’s office about the recent changes in my BP medicine that have worked…they are happy and no more changes are necessary…after looking at the records I have been making that showed that I have only had 3 readings of over 130 for the past two weeks, and comparing them to the previous two weeks where there were 15 readings over 130, it is clear that the change has worked…I got started so early today after getting out of bed at 5:11 that I had everything done before 9am…and that was cool…even did two rides and they were quite easy…so now I have to activate my new credit card before I go back to reading…
