Well…I did not know how much I missed the bike rides until I got out on it this morning…it is such a mood elevator that after 3 miles I could actually smile again and started to feel so much better….the shifter is making me nuts but that will be fixed tomorrow if the bike shop is open….I am going to have to really watch it with the sun and the car since my head is already peeling from the test drive exposure and I really don’t need to get skin cancer from my car….there are still 1100 miles of racing to watch today and I’ve already seen two races…two more to go and I may even have a political one for you that popped into my head while I was out on the bike….
