Well…it has been a scorcher today and I thought about going out to GH and then remembered it’s a holiday today and that would mean that the traffic would back up all the way to 196 and I just didn’t feel like sliding the clutch for 10 miles…so, it has been a day of just trying to get the calorie count back up to where it needs to be but saying healthy at the same time…the new neighbors have been moving in all day and they seem to be really quiet people so that is a plus….I was going to lie out in the sun again today but it’s just too hot for that so I’ll have to get evened out some time later…I do need to buy some 30 sunscreen for the car…I did figure out how to put the top down still in the seat but it is way too heavy to pull up with the condition of my shoulders…still only takes about a half a minute to get it up so that’s okay….okay, this is just filling but it is something…
